I'm cognizant that I still have my quirks when it comes to social graces (online and in person). But I am open to correction.

Has anyone seen this yet?

I bet his wife is extremely happy about that.

3) Twice the size of Brian Campbell.

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't even take Italy into consideration. I deleted that post.

So you (not you, Eleven) mean to tell the people that you bought all of that stuff and yet you had no idea just how much the virus would impact the world? I find your version of events very hard to believe. Shame on you!!! https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/487711-tennessee-man-who-stockpiled-hand-sanitizer-donates-17700

How relevant...

YES, IT WAS!!! Gary Larson's humor was like Neil Peart's drumming. No one could compare to him in the world of comic strips. Others tried, but they fell far short. I've seen that one before.

Maybe they seem to have something else that we don't right now, such as common sense. The fact that people are being reminded by their respective magistrates to step up their hygiene practices says plenty about us - and not in a good way Speaking of which, does anyone here remember an old Far Side comic from decades ago where people were sitting at a restaurant and some dude walks out of the restroom and a huge sign flashes in bright lights and big letters, "DIDN'T WASH HANDS"?

Don't worry. He's not. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001106637/article/panthers-to-sign-teddy-bridgewater-to-replace-newton

That may be a good thing for TB. Unless I'm mistaken, Jameis Winston has been a bust for them.

I was beginning to wonder if this was going to be the end of the Swedish House Mafia.

The MSM can be a very bitter pill to swallow (no pun intended). But all of the unfiltered disinformation that preys upon the naive has definitely turned out to be extremely dangerous (which goes without saying, of course).

I hope JetBlue shares their information with every competitor in the airline industry (domestic and international), as well as with the cruise ship, bus, and rail travel industries. Addendum: if that were to happen, not even Air Koryo would allow him to board one of their planes!

There you go. Liquid diet.

Has anyone watched Das Leben der Anderen (The Lives of Others)? Wow! Very gripping movie, right down to the last scene. -

I used to love watching Last Man Standing. Then I got turned off by "Mike Baxter's" obnoxiousness. I can see why people complain about the odious sounding board that the entertainment industry has become on both sides - with or without the politics/virtue signaling. ? -
This thread is quite revealing. Most of the posters are showing their age - and expertise. I have to be in the right mood to get into Classic Rock, or any other musical genre for that matter. Having said that, I couldn't believe it when I heard that Caress of Steel nearly killed Rush as a band.

I remember games like Space Invaders, Pac-man, Galaga, and Centipede. Now, on my Andriod, I've been playing Gummy Drop. Interesting storyline/travel itinerary, to say the least. I try to avoid games made by Voodoo and Popcore because they're incredibly boring. With those developers, if you've seen one of their games, you've seen them all.

I mentioned the Spanish influenza pandemic earlier. Yes, we know that the mortality rate was pretty high back then. However, let's also remember that not everyone died from it. Some even lived to tell about it. For the life of me, I can't remember if my great-grandmother ever told me her recollection of it. I do remember that she was born in 1889, and died in 1990 at age 101. I'm sure she had plenty of memories of that period of time. No doubt we will have plenty to say to our progeny in the years and decades to come. Praying for you and others in the medical field.

I'm glad they're going to be taken care of. It's sure a whole lot better than, "Too bad, so sad".

I love the fact that my company put me in a brand new truck a few weeks ago. The other one was starting to have some serious issues. Even though it still has less than 12k miles on it now, I'm trying to treat it with kid gloves. Great ride, though!

I'm more in line with the Puritan/Reformed Baptist persuasion. I've talked with the pastor of the church we're visiting and told him that we would be suspending our visits for the time being. As it is, my wife is immunosuppressed, which means that it's much easier for her to get sick than me. Being in line with his character, he completely understood. He knew that we didn't want anyone there to get sick on our account, especially the elderly. But, my point was that when men spout off this kind of stuff only confirms in my mind that they have no business being in the pulpit in the first place. Even worse is that twisting the Scriptures to push a narrative like that is doing way more harm than good - especially when public health could be further jeopardized and a possibly subsequent legal fallout. BTW, I can't believe this scumbag is still trying to pull tricks out of his sleeves. https://www.christianpost.com/news/missouri-attorney-general-sues-jim-bakker-show-ministry-for-selling-silver-solution-as-possible-coronavirus-cure.html

Thank you! I know I'm not the only one on here who is trying to handle this sensitive subject with as balanced an approach as possible. ATST, it goes without saying that there will be those who live on the fringes and are completely devoid of any common sense like this idiot: https://www.christianpost.com/news/tithe-paying-christians-are-protected-from-coronavirus-by-psalm-91-pastor-brian-tamaki-claims.html Most everyone here knows that I'm a believer, but even I know that this is full of poppycock.
