The system behind the process appears to be clear, and noted. My contention would be with A) sticking to a determination you made, before the arrival of context, than the removed player should ALWAYS sit 2 games and, more importantly, B) the personnel they've elected to include in that process

I can see where you are coming from on this, where your emotions are at. I feel this way about movie theatres. The industry itself is dying, the theatres struggling to keep up profits often have fallen into disrepair - the theatre by my place is becoming a POS. But I go, all the time, because I love movies and the theatrical experience and I want it to succeed. I'll put up with a sh*tty experience in theatre because I want to be there. But it would be a massive mistake for me to hold a grudge against people who want to experience their movies in a different way. It's 2022, there are myriad of ways to experience the art form without having to put yourself in a situation one finds uncomfortable - how anyone could believe they have the authority to tell people *how* to engage with a product/art form/sport they love is beyond me. - It's a personal relationship. It should be enough that people want to be here, discussing the team, with you. We shouldn't ever forget that the Buffalo Sabres are, first and foremost in essence, a product. An entertainment product. The burden of convincing fans to part with their hard earned money assuredly falls on the party doing the selling. Fans who are engaging with the team but not spending as much money are simply fans waiting to be convinced to part with their hard-earned dollars. The point, though, is that they are still around, listening, and waiting, for the argument that'll finally convince them.

Anyone fanatically supporting the team in an absolutely positive, or absolutely negative way, is assuredly Sith. And they scare me a little bit, to be honest.

Matty Mo got old and slower than slow. He went to the AHL at one point and produced. He just couldn’t keep up with the speed of the NHL - that isn’t going to happen to Tage.

I think 4-3 through the first 7 games is certainly good enough for a time period in which Tage Thompson, our 1C, has 3 points. Should he regain form, I think we'll be ok. If he doesn't regain form, our record in these games doesn't matter anyways as we won't have a shot at anything close to playoffs. I'm pretty sure his production rate will increase.

There was a game earlier this year where the pull was late too. I guess it was the Florida game

Comrie was good Cozens too Not having a scoring 2C behind Thompson can make it tough on him sometimes, and on our top 6 to produce enough offence sometimes. Cozens is getting there and could end up in that role. Dahlin looked good Power kinda had an up and down game I thought, to be expected. We didn't give up THAT many shots 4-3 is pretty good. I continue to think our record is representative, as it goes along.
