Couldn't find his thread so I'll ask here.........how is "wild eyes" (Comrie) playing for you guys. I wish him all the best. From everything I have heard about him, you couldn't meet a nicer guy. Another player I'll ask about is Mitts? Too busy with work/hunting/fishing/mushroom picking/Jets TC to keep up to much.

If he plays top 6 and gets pp time and if he stays healthy, he'll get about 45 points...more than half in goals.

I think he will be in a group of 5 or 6 players mentioned for the Calder until Christmas or so. Ater Christmas, the list is probably narrowed down to 2 or maybe 3 players.

I'd offer him 50m over 8 years.

25-30 games would be ideal in my opinion. He did really well in the games he got into last year and deserved more starts. I don't know enough about the Sabres' Team D or PK to guess what his save % would be but if they play half decent D, a .920 sv% wouldn't surprise me at all. Great in the room and everyone says you couldn't meet a nicer guy. I wish him all the best except against us.

They can get a LOT for them at the TD if they aren't going to re-sign. Huberdeau should bring a king's ransom...at least a 1st, a 2nd and an NHL ready young player. Weegar is a top 4 RHD, he'll get a 1st plus. So, at least 3 firsts, a 2nd a young player and Schwindt for kachuk and a conditional 4th.

Maurice is bringing Kompon with him and word has it that Huddy will be going there. Ekblad Montour Gudas Staal Forsling Sjalin Carlsson Bitetto are their D men and they trade Weegar?????????? Good move for the Flames under the conditions...not sure what Florida is thinking but you would think they are going to do something to help their D corps?

I can see Kadri going to Calgary. It'd help appease the fans.

Good for 25 games or so, definitely not a starter. I would have loved to see him back with the Jets but they didn't play him in enough games so he became an UFA...dumb frickin move by the Jets.

His only drawback is that he was a Coilers fan growing up...

Trotz was born in Winnipeg and grew up in Dauphin, about 3 1/2 hours away. His son is not the only family concern. Really thought we were going to get him...

Mrs. Bullwinkle was in a water hole beside the road cooling off and getting away from the insects on the way home. We took pictures and filmed her for about 5 minutes before a vehicle scared her and she went swimming away.

A buddy that I grew up with duck hunting is visiting from BC and we went out the other day for some walleye. We had a great day on the water and he said he forgot how green our greenbacks are and what nice looking fish they are. They are an irridescent green and look beautiful when they first come out of the water. The picture is him with his limit for that day.

If Scheif doesn't start playing both sides of the red line, I hope he is gone next season. If he decides to play D a bit, I am okay with him being on the team but he was a liability this season. Lots of turmoil in the Jets' room and rumors have it that they are centered around his lack of gaf. If Trotz signs here, we'll probably be a playoff team again and that is all that I want. Missing the playoffs suck big time. I see him deciding between Detroit and Winnipeg unless someone offers him a job in management.

I can see Matthews going home to AZ if their team is good enough. I only seeing him staying in TO if he thinks they stand a chance of winning. The questioin is, what is his next contract going to look like?

Sincerest condolences to friends and family of the victims of this senseless, horrific act. I wouldn't even waste a bullet on him.
