If Botterill can entice some really difference maker UFA's here then God Bless him, the man is a genius. I can't see it happening. 10 years no playoffs- I can definitely see that happening.

Bogo had a front row seat on the 4th goal! (and Ullmark's inability to properly hug a post on the 3rd goal loomed large!) Anyhow, my season is done. Maybe next year....maybe not. Peace.

Nope, have to disagree. I think there is a decent amount of talent here that is being squandered by a coach in over his head. I would bet Quenneville could get more out of this club. Way more. Especially in the effort department and on the power play. (and perhaps better defensive play) Sabres were shellacked by a team giving up the most goals in the NHL this year in a game that was clearly winnable (and not the first time this season either) Cannot defend Phil again, ever. He can go.

For the record: Linus didn't look so "#### hot in the 3rd either.

and this to a club as sad as the Hawks are right now. They are brutal and the Sabres made them look terrific. (or at least Cam Ward and Patrick Kane) Wow! Falling fast now.

Sabres might as well go "all in" and let Ullmark do his best "Hasek" to see if they can salvage something from a brutal Hawks team. Seriously, they really do stink. This score should be the other way around.

I liked Enroth. I thought he got a raw deal here. When he became the starter here, he had a good stretch that got the Sabres some points but they were told to tank so he got dealt, which left Neuvirth. Then Neuvirth got in a groove and got us more points and he was swiftly dealt. Jhonas might have been a good one but alas, we'll never know.

I cannot back Phil Housley as coach at all now. The pp is hot garbage and has been for too long. We have guys who can put the puck in the net but we aren't even generating chances with the man advantage. He can go at any time and I will not miss him one iota. He is squandering the talent here.
