Reimer isn't a fluke. He's been an NHL vet for quite some time and was a very good goalie in Toronto. He made their defence look better than it was and that was exposed when the D collapsed against the Bruins in the playoff series that Toronto lead 3 games to 1. What he needs is consistent playing time which he's now getting in Buffalo. I wouldn't throw him away. He can be very useful, especially if UPL can't find his "last season self" by next season. I know Levi is tearing it up in the AHL but let's see what he can do up with the big club. Having said all that, Buffalo really has to work on its defensive play of get more physical D-men. The point blank opportunities that continue season after season don't help out any goaltender.

There's just something about the kid. He has hockey smarts, you can see that, but with that size, his inability to play physical or to move players in front of his goaltender, plus the mistakes he still makes, the guy just leaves me expecting more from him.

Power needs time in Rochester, I'm sorry. No way he stays up with another NHL team. Zero physicality and not using his big body to at least obstruct the opponent.

Loved Miro Satan!!! One of the best FU moments to management in Sabres history! Taking all the heat for a lousy Sabres season and all the rumours they are trying to move Miro, then he scores on a breakaway with some smooth moves and mimics the "make the phone calls" while looking up at the private boxes!!! I loved it and then was sorry to lose him!

Man this club has folded the collective tent for this season. No end of season win streaks this year! Bodes well for the 25/26 season.................NOT! Have to make serious changes within this organization or there is no way they compete for a playoff spot next season either. This group is far from getting it done.

I actually think he's just motivated by playing back in Canada in front of rabid home crowds and the fact he's playing for club who can legitimately make the playoffs (for the first time in his NHL career)

I'm not sure why he has dropped off the table so badly. Ever since he was out for that period of time he doesn't play the same in my opinion. I remember when posters here wanted him back in the lineup so the Sabres would win some games, as they figured he was a key to the lineup. Now, many want to see him moved out and it wouldn't bother me if they did either. Can't understand what's happened to Muel.

I think it' time GM Kevyn really tried to get a defensive defenseman. One with an edge or at least some grit that will take the body and not "stick check". In fact Kevyn, try to collect 2 or 3 of them if you possibly can. Because this teams D is rotten and any goalie worth his salt ain't signing here knowing the D that's in front of him.

and it's the same season after season. Not sure if the coaching staff is to blame or the players simply refuse to play proper NHL defense. I'm stunned as to why this continues every season. You have to help your goaltender out. UPL can't be expected to stand on his head game in game out just to try to get this club 2 points and then get the blame when he doesn't. The defense has been putrid for seasons and it includes the captain! Sure he can skate and shoot but he's listed on the roster as a defenseman and it is the really weak part of his game!

The defense has been, and continues to be horse#### going on several seasons now. They don't move bodies, they don't hit, they get prone to running around and they leave opponents unmarked. It's garbage!

To be honest, I can't see the Bills beating the Ravens. I really can't. Lamar is outperforming "MVP Lamar" from last season (and I believe he will be the MVP this season as well) plus Derrick Henry (who gives the Bills D fits, plus the overall Ravens D. Forget Mahomes, this is the team that could derail the dream!
