it’s an important game for their ego’s. I get that. In the grand scheme of the season its not… obviously. I haven’t played hockey but I’ve played sports so I understand the ego part.

The whole team needs to play defense so, no, 1 or 2 players will not fix it

That is what I’m expecting. I know everyone thinks I’ma pessimism which i can be. I look at it like this, there is very little playoff experience on this team so these young kid’s will have a very hard time dealing with the pressure which is totally understandable. Especially if they do focus more on team defense because then they very well may not score as much as they expect and they will frustrate them. Hopefully they prove me wrong. 🤷‍♂️ One way or another, next season will be very interesting.

I’ll watch the game tonight in honor of Anderson. It would be nice to win but whatever. Hell No! When they actually get into the playoffs then maybe.

I definitely believe Levi will play at least 40 games next year. As for his tandem, I really don’t see Adams going out to get a veteran goalie. I think he will say goodbye to UPL (since he wasn’t drafted by KA & not improving much) and stick with Comrie

I wonder where the Sabres would be if Granato actually had them focus on a full 200 foot game instead of offense 100% of the time. Many players wouldn’t have had career years. IF they focus on defense next season many fans will be greatly disappointed when you don’t have multiple players with sky high goal and point totals.

At least the team made it interesting until this game. Like I said earlier, its fitting that Lindy drives the stake into the Sabres to end it. lets see if they can be the same team next season PLUS actually play defense.
