I respectfully disagree. Being young they should be open to change. It’s usually veterans who resist change. What the problem is, Adams has given them the keys to castle and the players feel that they are in charge. Now they feel that they know best and no coach or GM will tell them how to play the game. Paul Hamilton said on The Jeremy and Joe show that they don’t listen to their coaches.

The problem with the team is the culture and their fragile psyche, plain and simple.

I like greenway. I’m happy to see that Adams actually signed him for a couple more years. The team has been a train wreck for 14 seasons and nothing Adams has done would convinced me they they will be better (let alone playoffs) in 2 years. I’m not the only one. No NHL player is lining up to sign with the Sabres. They know how much a ***** show the owner has created

I’m sorry, but he’s crazy to sign with the Sabres even for two years. I’m guessing his agent convinced him that he needs to have two full seasons after his injury to get paid long-term deal somewhere

Just expect Pegula to hire as first time GM who has no pedigree. Then that GM will retool the roster in his vision which will take, at just 2-5 years to work. That IF right decisions are made.
