I respectfully disagree. Being young they should be open to change. It’s usually veterans who resist change. What the problem is, Adams has given them the keys to castle and the players feel that they are in charge. Now they feel that they know best and no coach or GM will tell them how to play the game. Paul Hamilton said on The Jeremy and Joe show that they don’t listen to their coaches.

The problem with the team is the culture and their fragile psyche, plain and simple.

I like greenway. I’m happy to see that Adams actually signed him for a couple more years. The team has been a train wreck for 14 seasons and nothing Adams has done would convinced me they they will be better (let alone playoffs) in 2 years. I’m not the only one.
