  1. It takes time to for chemistry. We’ll see what happens. 🤷‍♂️
  2. You’re non-answer speaks volumes
  3. Exactly! Adams has said multiple times that he only wants players that want to be in Buffalo. Cozens is another example of a player not wanting to be in Buffalo anymore. Him standing there, watching Dahlin get punch by two guys showed me that Dylan was done. He got what he wanted. How about the workhorse from whitehorse. I bet two seasons ago you would have said the same damn thing about Cozens. I think Dahlin is learning that he needs to look out for himself. Plain and simple. He can say that he wants to be part of the solution but his career is way more than the Buffalo Sabres
  4. Oh I agree, that’s BS.
  5. Time will tell if this is a nothing burger. If they miraculously become a playoff team next season, it’s a nothing burger. If they stay in the bottom of the league in the next couple seasons, this will turn out to be truth.
  6. Ruff is a cheap stopgap since He’s still being paid by the Devils. After next season Ruff will retired and appert will be announced as HC
  7. I wish. It blows my mind that some can’t believe that he could have said it. even after his strong denial I still believe that’s a possibility.
  8. So you think great players should just shut up and let the management mismanage them? Jack knew the team was going nowhere and his talent was being wasted. I’m sure he hated every second of being on the Sabres the last few seasons. if you hated where you worked, would you go to work everyday happy go lucky?
  9. It could get that way. How come you don’t hear about Eichel or Reinhardt being toxic on the teams now? Could they just have been toxic because they wanted out and made it known? as time goes on, I believe it was the front office that’s toxic more the the players. They were miserable playing on a team that was spinning their wheels in dead last.
  10. Maybe dumb luck wasn’t the best words. It worked out in Adam’s favor so he didn’t have a revolt for just up and trading him for no reason.
  11. For all we know this could have been planted by Dahlin’s agent. I’m sure they have had discussions about his future with the Sabres and what he will do if they don’t get better.
  12. Of course he did. We didn’t know Jack wanted out either until the whole neck surgery thing. Then it got out he asked for a trade and the end of the previous season
  13. Eichel’s neck injury was just dumb luck for Adams. He was able to use that as an excuse to trade him. Jack wanted out before the end of the prior season.
  14. Prior to his injury there were reports that eichel said he wanted out. The injury just gave Adams a “reason” to trade him
  15. I honestly don’t think that Pegula would listen to any player. They are just a commodity to him
  16. Eichel was in the middle of an 8 year deal when he was traded. Star players always have leverage. Also remember that Adams said he only wants players who truly want to be in Buffalo.
  17. So you think Dahlin is fine with being last in the east, again? You have no thought that Dahlin could maybe want to go to a team that actually wins? A team that consistently gets into the playoffs? He’s approaching his peak years and he knows it’s ***** or get off the pot time soon
  18. Exactly. Any player could go south quick in that environment, especially a kid like benson.
  19. Way too early to think he could be that. That’s also if he stays healthy
  20. Who would be the 1c then?
  21. I absolutely believe that Dahlin would say this. Why in the hell would he waste the prime years of his career in Buffalo in the bottom 3rd of the league. He see what happens when you go somewhere else. The grass is literally greener just about anywhere were else in the league.
  22. a look into the locker at Norris stall right now
  23. The sad part is, Sabres are not tanking True
  24. When you have a team full of young players who have been given the keys to the kingdom and believe they’re better than what the coaches say, this is what you get
