  1. Didn't Mark Croce see what happened at his bar with his own eyes? I would think it is relevant. I respect anyone's right to be skeptical, but to dismiss it entirely or try to silence him, I'm not so sure about. Marc Croce owns the Chop House, the Buckin' Buffalo, and a number of different restaurants, bars and developments downtown. I worked at one of his restaurants once, when it was called the Buffalo Smokehouse. It's was the ground floor of the building that the Skybar is at. He's not my cup of tea, exactly, but I don't have much reason to doubt what he said in the Buffalo News article. He could be self-serving by coming down hard in defence of the alleged victim too. It's just one testimony. I doubt that he can put pressure on his employee to say this or that, because it's too competitive a workforce and he's got many competitors. He couldn't strongarm the situation, so I really think he's just giving his viewpoint, is my perspective.
  2. I like Elizabeth Warren's courage. Fiorina too. I bet he could fill the First Niagara Center.
  3. Oh, It was Kevin Nealon who did the subliminal bit. Those guys tend to blend together for me. Even Dennis Miller and Norm MacDonald, I sometimes confuse. Thanks for the encouragement. Much respect. I like the idea of a woman president, but Hillary isn't very inspiring. Women generally are inspiring, so there's a problem, I don't think it's with me.
  4. In respect the the recent events in Seattle, first, hello. I'm a little nervous just diving in. I'm a big fan of your posts Neo. Dammit, I'm blushing. What I mean to ask, though, is what you said just then, "unsaid no," sort of a parady on all of the unsaid things that might be attributed to things that are said? That's funny and it reminds me of the old Norm McDonald subliminal messaging routing. If I could figure out how to link that, I would, because it's funny. There is sort of an unspoken, "in my humble opinion," before everything that I say. Someone could call it an unspoken "this guy is a newb to just disregard that he says..." Anyhow, it looks like Senator Sanders may have got a boost from all this with 3,000 people standing outside the basketball arena at which he was speaking. Also, these events might be pushing Bernie, at least in the publics eye, more towards the center. He may be becoming more electable through these specific "setbacks." The clouds just may be aligning for him.
