I agree with you that Terry had the foresight to realize Stanley Cup would be so popular that far in the future. "Sole purpose is to win a Stanley Cup". It's a weird statement to make at an opening presser about a future beverage vessel. It has to be that right? He has done very little, or certainly been a hindrance, to winning the hockey version

I feel like he doesn't want a guy like that. An actual NHL professional would want to spend to the cap and have total control. That doesn't sound like someone Terry would want based on the current iteration of this team
