Which is true. Botterill did bring in quite a few established AHL veterans. Nylander needs to get going and adding Asplund, Pu, and others into the system likely helps the influx of youth. They're missing a bit of the higher end prospects IMO. I've never been in love with Baptistes game and at best I think Bailey is a slightly more offensive Foligno with better skating ability. CJ Smith has done a nice job since being brought in. So there's at least one bright star with Ullmark and Guhle.

Trading for Justin Faulk who is at least sturdy enough to play a full 70 plus games makes more sense. The Penguins will have to eat a majority of his salary and include Sprong for this to make sense. That was one of the best jukes I've seen non McDavid in a while. WOW. Last year's draft class is showing a lot better than it got initially hailed. At least at the top. With: Pettersson, Hischier, Tolvanen, Glass, Suzuki, and Patrick all doing nice things. The more you watch Mittelstadt, the more you see dynamic. What are you trading to get Domi? I don't see him being traded even with his limited goal scoring in the past season and a third.

I like this idea in Z for Duclair. Duclair can skate with Eichel and sadly at age 22 is looking for his third potential team.
