  1. Barf. I'm not trading Eichel and Reinhart for that. Sorry, Elias Lindholm and Tkachuck do not equal Eichel and Reinhart.
  2. 5 Takes: This team is better without Eichel than with William Eklund will be the #1 overall pick Jack Eichel will be traded to Minnesota for a package starting with Boldy Rasmus Ristolainen, has played his last game for the Sabres Dahlin will lead the team in points in 2021-22. I am not a Tage Thompson fan, so I'd take the first 2nd round pick to get him out of here.
  3. I want Ristolainen gone first. Get a 2nd if possible and move him. Just get him out the door.
  4. If one year of Jones includes that, then I want Dach #12, Boqvist and Reichel.
  5. I'd rank UPL above Dubnyk, he has been terrible for two years. Freddie is the top of the available list there. Rask has already said, I will play in Boston, or retire and go back to Finland.
  6. I just really hope we don't lose Asplund.
  7. Not sure that I see UPL up until at the earliest the second half. I think it's much more likely it's a tier 3 goalie and Houser or Tokarski. Unless for some ungodly reason we trade for a "Gibson, Merzlikins, Korpisalo" type.
  8. It is a tad uninspired. I liked the old system better.
  9. Cough, take Eklund, then trade up for Clarke, Edvinsson or Hughes.
  10. Scouts, what are those? You don't just use an internet mock draft?
  11. Eugene Melnyk, has officially lost his mind. Good to not hear Pierre anymore!
  12. I want Eklund #1 overall and any of Guenther, Beniers, Power, Hughes, Edvinsson, in a top 5 pick.
  13. Being in conference, much like Boston, or the Rags, they will have to pay a higher premium. Trading him to Minnesota, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Las Vegas, Calgary, makes so much more sense.
  14. Nah. They're the worst suggested trade partner.
  15. The Skyward Series by Brandon Sanderson.
  16. I'm honestly fine keeping Okposo, if we can deal Skinner somehow, then I'd look at those scenarios. That's the big cap hit I'd move that has a long term b/s impact.
  17. He's frustrated, we're frustrated, the management group is frustrated, makes for an unenviable task. Just move on, and lets start building. Unlike last time we at least have 7-8 potential pieces.
  18. I love all of it. I agree with everything here too. I don't want Power #1 overall to begin with.
  19. It's Jack being Jack, answering a home town reporter. I think we can cut, Jack some slack in saying, the obvious answer is of course, at some point I'd love to play for my home town team. To the "now or later", it's just time to move on for all parties. Get the absolute most you can for him. This *****, isn't going to get better. Yes, waiting for the best return is important, but there's always the theory of thought about waiting TOO LONG.
  20. There is no chance that he's ending up in Boston. Unless they rip their team down the middle. McAvoy, Swayman, Lauko, 4 firsts? There is no chance we're trading him to the Bruins.
  21. I'd rather start next season with Dahlin, McCabe and Samuelsson on our left side. If McCabe doesn't come back, then I'd look at other options. Yandle seems like a big market guy, or taking a lesser cap hit to go to somewhere like Tampa Bay etc.
  22. Move him. That's all.
  23. Pick him first overall. Trade Eichel to Anaheim for #3, and see who is left of Power, Guenther, Edvinsson, etc.
  24. Even if Hall wanted to come back here, why bother. He played with the conviction of a coward. He's done here for me. I'd rather bring Staal back, and I don't want that either.
  25. Get rid of Skinner regardless if possible 😄
