I obviously see the movement with the puck. I was just wondering if there's anything else that I missed on the YouTube watches.

Definitely nominate, "Creepy Mike Weber" for the win!
-
I see Kylington is slipping to the mid teens to early 20's (in mock drafts) if he does fall that far would he be worth adding. I am not familiar with his play aside from a few YouTube clips.

As I quoted in the Calgary v Arizona thread, it will be a very trying next 4 days. I hope Pittsburgh is bounced. :D
-
Its going to be a long 5 days until we know for sure lol.

He should definitely be in open competition with Cody McCormick for the bottom line job as far as I'm concerned. While Cody is signed for 2 more years at 1.5M figure, I just don't see the point of having him but as a bench or 13th or 14th forward. With what Johan Larsson has done, he should have the chance to come into camp to compete and make the team regardless whether as a C or LW. If people believe Johan Larsson is a top 6 forward their crazy. Top 9, that would be debatable. He's a good fit on the third line or fourth definitely. He should be on the team as should Deslauriers.
-
I think he's an ideal third line center, and is showing the brass that he belongs in Buffalo in that potential role. He has the upside to play it depending on the line mates perfectly. We'll see what happens, a top 6 role seems a little less likely IMO.

Where would Reinhart have been picked in this year's draft?
Rasmus_ replied to SDS's topic in The Aud Club
Reinhart would come in just behind Eichel. I think he's a fair margin better than Dylan Strome and Mitch Marner, but that's my opinion. Hanifen is debatable. -
It made no sense to me. It was a downright steal for Anaheim both in cap hit and talent returning. Just baffling that Rutherford would make that deal. I know he has two or three associate general manager's under him, but man that was an epic fail move.

He plays both sides of the puck well, he can play any of the three positions, is above adequate on the draw and clearly has 70 point ability. I'm not saying, wow but he's what this team needs now and in the future. He's 23 going on 24. He would be a huge upgrade to the roster and help rebound this team quicker. I find him eerily similar to Stastny and he got 7.5M on the open market and was 27. I think they're right in the same wheelhouse. Call me out if I'm wrong.

Draft Lottery, what would make you more "nervous"?
Rasmus_ replied to mjd1001's topic in The Aud Club
I want McDavid, but as long as their in the top 2 I'm going to live with it. Ultimately, I will pray that Toronto doesn't get him in any facet (Winning lottery, trade). -
Wow that was brutal. Miller just got back from injury recently, did he not. Ouch! Go OEL, the true anti-tank weaponry. Man is he #Beast!

Lulz.

That's completely true, last year there were a slew of interesting prospects available in the late second to early fourth rounds. Drafting a goalie is like picking up a lottery ticket from your local gas station. They range from winning, to completely wasting your time! :)

Hodgson or Nolan: Who is more likely gone at the end of the season?

Lol, warts and all, someone needs some healthy CoHo lovin! -

Where was the C: Both? For the right price I'm sure Hodgson can be had easily enough. -
What would you give up for Mike Babcock?
Rasmus_ replied to Chris in Syracuse's topic in The Aud Club
What? Is this anti-logic Monday. Where are these magical players coming from. To his credit Nolan has done an admirable job with the talent provided. You're telling me you'd rather give up a 1st and other assets for a pending UFA like Vermette than keep those picks for the ability to have flexible cap spendings for this offseason. What are Matt Moulson, Brian Gionta, and the others he's signed or Tyler Ennis to a contract extension. Is that not committing to players who are able to play now. What are the trades for Evander Kane and Zach Bogosian. Please explain. I'm baffled by your irrational thought process. Bashing on Murray is fine if you have a standalone well thought out point. This is just rubbish. -
GMTM--"I think too much about McDavid. I wish I could help myself"
Rasmus_ replied to matter2003's topic in The Aud Club
Lulz, at the responses in some of the cases. So his team sits in 30th, and while it is not impossible for them to fall out of the slot, as of now they are locked in. The lottery is what it is with the 20% crap shoot, but I don't see what the issue is with stating what Connor McDavid is. He didn't say he wants him and that's his guy or anything outside of that. -
What would you give up for Mike Babcock?

As good a coach as he is, nothing. If he wants to coach in Buffalo he will make his intentions known after the playoffs. When he can negotiate. There is absolutely no reason to pay anything for a potential head coaching vacancy. Trading for head coaches is beyond asinine. The times it has happened, I just chuckle. -
Woot! Cannot wait!

Ristolainen is definitely gaining confidence. I love his unabashed honesty during interviews. He always says he's going to continue working. Love his motivation to get better. Go Sabres.

I'm all about clinching, but that cannot happen until at least after Monday nights game is over is that not true? At that point should we lose both, Arizona would conceivably be 8 points back, depending on their other outcome this weekend. And Edmonton is already 9 back with their win against Dallas last night. Richard Bachman, man of the hour.
