That’s exactly where I was with FB. My brother talked me into signing up and BOOM, within hours all the crazy women I’d successfully dodged for all these years had a method to find me....stupid move. -
Either way it meets your criteria for competent goaltending. Hopefully that means UPL is heading back to Cinci soon.

Hammie played last night vs Belleville but I think Johansson played tonight.

Every now and then you run into someone that lacks the mental capacity to understand that there are things that they, well, just don't understand. In that circumstance it's in everyone's best interest to just walk away. If there are any players/coaches/owners that feel they need to invade a space meant for fan interaction and subsequently fling poo at them, then they are most likely in over their heads and are in need of help.

Donald J Trump, your thoughts on his Presidency
Ogre replied to LGR4GM's topic in The Oval Office (Politics)'s Topics
Trump "has a hunch" that the WHO's 3.4% mortality rate "is a false number". People have been getting better and "going to work" with it. It is scary how far out of touch he is. https://www.newsweek.com/lindsey-graham-urges-donald-trump-make-sure-science-behind-what-he-says-about-coronavirus-1490779 To further illustrate the poor leadership on display by this administration, we'll consider the fact that people will be paying for their own test. Pence announcing that the tests will be covered by Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance per a provision in the ACA. The poor soul with no insurance doesn't even get the test and spreads this thing like wild fire. What could they possibly be thinking? They need to get on top of this and slow it down. JC spend my tax dollars on testing anyone and everyone you fools. At the very least put a competent person in charge. "The potential for out-of-pocket costs poses a barrier to getting tested for people who are uninsured and may be infected with COVID-19. " You don't say?! GTFO! Time to step up and be presidential! https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/04/pence-announces-coronavirus-test-will-be-covered-by-medicaid-medicare.html -

I appreciate the kind words. The nerve block is wearing off and its starting to hurt like a mofo. The surgeon told me the inside of my shoulder looked like a war zone. He is skeptical that I'm going to be able to continue as an Ironworker let alone lift in the gym like I was. I think I will be able to but I've known me way longer than he has.

Travis T. Warren started in a band called 00-Metro way back. Blind Melon picked him up as front man years and years after Shannon's death but it was rumored that he shared the same affliction and after one album Blind Melon disbanded for good. He is still active in music I think with self produced and self performed stuff. I always thought he was a talented dude. I was always digging this one.

Like the time he mocked the disabled reporter? Or the time he mocked Bloomberg's height? I agree with @LTS. You forfeit your right to be taken seriously. -
What is this success you're referencing here? They lost 3-1 at home to Utica tonight. That puts them two points from falling into third in the division. If they lose home ice advantage AGAIN is it somehow the fault of me, the fan? Did I do something to cause their plummet in the standings? Am I responsible for the 3 game first round sweep two years ago? What about the first round sweep last year losing 2 of those at home? My fault too? I've also wanted to ask this question. Do you think the players are cognizant of the poverty that exists in the cities that they play in? I grew up DIRT poor. My poor father raised five boys on $12G/year. We raised our own meat, grew our own vegetables, foraged for fruits/berries and supplemented it all with hunting/roadkill. There was nothing in the budget for hockey. We skated on donated skates. The five of us built a rink every year, hauling five gallon buckets from the spring house an eighth of a mile away. We made our own sticks from rough lumber our Dad had in abundance on equipment that we were most likely to young to operate. We ***** LOVED hockey that much. How many of those kids make it to the pros? How many poverty stricken city kids have the opportunity to play this sport? How many of them get to go to games? Suggesting the fans are to blame and should compensate the players beyond the deal they settled on for themselves seems way out of touch to me and tbh, reeks of entitlement. If a player can't realize what good fortune they've had being born into a family that can afford to play hockey then they'll never find peace. If empathy wasn't a topic of discussion in that warm SUV while traveling to and from practice/games then it isn't on me, the fan.

This is something I could get behind. What does the CBA currently say with regards to mental health? What should teams be doing that they currently are not? Please tell me you're kidding. How am I tarnishing, for example, UPL when I point out how terrible he's been playing in Rochester? Do you really feel that a fan shouldn't express their thoughts and feelings about the players? After all, a fan isn't saying anything that is affecting a player's ability to earn a living. What they do on and off the ice has 100% of the influence on that.

Well, on my way to the hospital for my rotator cuff surgery. I’m not looking forward to the rehab but it’s good to know that I’m heading in the right direction. Hopefully I’ll be back in the gym by June. Sucks to watch your muscle mass atrophy. It’s tough on the mind.

Amerks outshoot the Crunch 45-20 and lose 4-2. ***** disgusting. Get this ***** kid back to Cinci asap!

Not all of them. In fact, I’m willing to wager that a majority of them don’t. I’m also willing to wager that some that support him also make jokes about his appearance. It serves him right because, as you’ve noted, he’s done it to himself. How many times/ways has he made fun of other peoples looks? He’s a vile personality that can’t escape the clutches of karma. No one can. -

What the shiznit what Hutton thinking? -
They let a Rocket hold the puck on the boards with his skate almost 30 seconds during an Amerk PP with no whistle. I have no idea what the criteria for interference was all night, they never called it once and I saw it all over the friggin place. They called a hook on Redmond and he never had two hands on the stick(Rocket held the stick the entire time)...and the play calling was just bad and I’m not being a homer. That penalty shot awarded to Asplund was a joke. Clean play by the Dman. And did you see how fat the linesman #28 was? He could barely get into position and called two offsides on the Amerks that were not even close....Officiating in this league is a GD joke.

The Mitts goal was a weird one. The puck flipped very high into the zone and dropped right in front of Primeau. I think it stunned the Rocket. They were all caught looking at the rebound and Casey was all alone in the right spot for it. It was a pretty good game for him. The officiating was horrendous. I’d like to know how these people are selected and how much experience they have. I’ve never seen either of the two refs before. In fact I’ve only seen a repeat in refs once all season. Linesman repeat often but not refs. These two sucked balls tonight. They almost make the product unwatchable with the butchering of the rules.

I’m on the isle upper section front row. Tons of legs room and a parapet wall to hold food/drink/game notes. It’s tough to find this perfect combo that’s available. The last game there was a tag on the seat behind me declaring that seat available for seasons. I have no doubt they are offering up mine as potentially being available when folks inquire. If it wasn’t so difficult to get this type of seat I’d walk away for a few years. We’ll see what my disposition is after my rotator cuff surgery on Wednesday. I may just tell them to stick it up their ass. Or. I may be docile and conciliatory by then. We never know until we get there.

I used to bring my gluten free niece and nephew to games. Between the gluten free stand and the taco stand I could feed them a decent dinner. Now their Mom won’t let them go because, well, who is going to let their kid have popcorn for dinner? If we lived in the city it wouldn’t be an issue as I could take them to dinner first but us country folk coming in for the game are limited by the commute time. My wife even has been staying away because it so friggin cold in there. I’m told that is a rule implemented by the A to keep the ice yada yada. No one believes them. I watch a lot of games alone now(try giving away free Amerks tickets and see what hard work it is)and they wonder why I’m on the fence with renewing. They don’t really care though because I’m also told season sales are just fine. “We’ll have no trouble selling your seat.”.....ok then....

This works out perfectly. The Amerks game should be done in time for me to catch most of his game(especially if I tune in on the radio on the drive home). -
One of my biggest gripes about what they’ve done to the Amerks experience. There has evidently been enough bitching that they actually sell Cream Ale now...in the city that brews it....finally....

Upping the bar for season ticket holders acrosst the board regardless of the team/league. Prepping the masses for the years of inevitable greatness that have been cleverly crafted by the Pegula group. Step right up and renew folks! Plenty of trinkets for everyone!
