    That's was the problem with Freddie Roy. He couldn't get mean without anger. Lots of anger. He always made me laugh.

    Baptiste had a good game yesterday. He gets thrown around a little too easily though. I don't think he's ready for he NHL. I keep waiting for Bailey to do something. Akeson deserves as much of a chance as anyone else. Why not give Nevins a shot? I'd rather see someone that's producing get the chance.

    You should check out clone wars season 6 episode 12. Its good. Clone wars did a good job filling the story in.

    Due to organizational obligations I don't share much in this thread. I can honestly say that politicians do act professionally(for the most part) and do their best to work together(for the most part). There is a lot on their plates. The real problem for me is the influence of lobbyists. Artificial agendas as I like to call them. The higher the level of politics, the more they spoil it.

    Andrew Peters on Rnews. Listening to him talk hockey reminds me of a toddler bargaining for another piece of candy. The incentive is there and he will say anything to get another bite.

    I haven't had a beard since the alopecia started about 4 years ago. I was rocking a full on Grizzly Adams at the time. I miss it. Hell even miss my nose hairs!. I wouldn't look in the mirror or let anyone take my picture until a year ago. I've even done a selfie or two. No were near enough balls to post a pic. I may do one of my cat. He's fairly handsome. I never had any expectations as to how any of you looked so I also think it's a good looking bunch. I think there are two of you that I recognize from local places.

    I have family from Akwesasne. I was raised nearby. I remember the fire blockades on rte 37 as a kid. The opinion is that Their lands were stolen and Their culture pilfered. The belligerent recent past mentality has softened with the economic improvement on that reservation in particular. They still do not like to be referred to in derogatory terms though.

    Thanks man. He is the toughest SOB I've ever known. Those Vietnam vets are like that. Tough as nails and soft as cotton.

    The aneurysm is abdominal aortic. It's at 5.7 cm. He has been financially disadvantaged his entire life regardless of the fact that he has had a philanthropist's heart the entire way. The facility in Burlington,Vt has been calling him a dead man for ten years. He is only 69. I see a sweet man softened by the years. The world would be a lesser place without him. Thank God he has found his way to caregivers that...care.

    My father had an appointment with his cardiologist to decide if was able to handle the surgery required to fix his aneurysm. The stress test revealed that his heart is not strong enough. He needs two stents for clogged arteries before he can handle the stent for the aneurysm. The fantastic part is his new cardiologist disassociates himself from my dads previous medical establishment. The poor man could have been treated for this aneurysm years ago but his former care giver simply gave up on him. This poor man has had several heart attacks, one triple bypass, a collapsed lung, a stroke and is on oxygen. He is no stranger to pain and suffering. He has a long road ahead of him but some one has finally told us that he has hope. Very good news.

    I tried to call him. He didn't answer though. Probably said "weird dude" on the caller ID.

    The goal was unbelievable. The best moment for me was watching him maintain possession after the trip by foligno. He is flat out with his feet flailing and is still out stick handling the opposition.

    Amerks up 2-0 after 2 quick ones in the 2nd. D'Amigo and Nevins. Nevins bloodied the ice with Comet face early in the 2nd. McCabe looks an AHLer to me. Boneheaded turnover in the zone that Ullmark saved. Ullmark looks good, guys. Bailey with some serious wheels.

    I like Deslauriers. He makes smart plays and hounds the puck. No problem when the d pinches, he'll just fall back and play d. He don't care.

    They're in a bad spot indeed. The current speaker names a guy who says "no way, bub" a few weeks from Election Day. I'm sure this doesn't hurt local republicans looking for votes but does paint a dark theme for the presidential race. My republican friends in my area are getting wound up about it.

    I'm too little butter spread on too much bread. Working OT for weeks now. I had to get a sub to teach my classes this week. Woke up sick as hell today but I'm one of a few that have the proper NTSB and welding certs to finish this task so I've dragged myself in to do another 12 hr day. My office duties have fallen behind though. I have more reports to finish before weeks end. I just want to go to friggin bed and sleep. Amerks season opens tomorrow and I am going to be there if I have to crawl. I may have to tell someone to kiss my ass about working Sat too. I've survived too much f'ed up to be a whiner but I think someone is going to have call me a waaaaaaaaambulance.
