At 1255, the Sabres seem to fall flat at home after a road trip, and have trouble with fast teams. One unit on the Loafs.

It was always known that premiums would increase, just because they didn't increase in the first couple of years some thought they never would. But that was predicted, just as premiums have increased for employer provided insurance. That's a healthcare problem, not an ACA problem. What proof do you have that healthcare has been watered down? My healthcare hasn't, and for those that had nothing, going to something is not watering it down. And the expense for the 300 million was more when people had to go to emergency rooms for their basic healthcare; the most expensive form of treatment that is passed on to everyone. Given your preference to scrap and start over instead of amending to improve, you would have been for scrapping the Constitution instead of amending it. The Republican proposals to simplify the tax codes, such as a flat tax, would disproportionately benefit the wealthy by lowering their percentage of taxes more than the middle class.

Meanwhile the court case of suing Donald Trump for fraud over his Trump University real-estate seminar program is moving forward. Both sides expect to call Trump as a witness at the trial, set to open with jury selection on Nov. 28. So we could have a sitting president on the witness stand testifying about his alleged fraud. I don't know the answer, but if found guilty in a class-action lawsuit would this be considered an impeachable offense? Not that a Republican majority would take action. http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/trump-university-campaign-trail-statements-230637

One of the last institutions we could depend on for objectivity appears to be going out of their way to influence the election. And when will RussiaLeaks release any GOP emails, or Trump tax returns?

So then you have no problem with expanding the federal government, contrary to your complaint. There's nothing in Wikileaks that's proof that Hillary accepted money for favors, so it's a moot point. But regardless Wikileaks would not stand up in court without corroborating evidence.

Assuming that each state would vote according to the majority of their Representatives, there are 33 Republican majorities, 14 Democrat, and 3 tied. So it would either be Trump, or if he wins Utah, Evan McMullin could be the compromise pick.

Trump wants to expand the scope of the Federal government. Deportation forces to get all the illegal immigrants out. Justice Dept employees to prosecute all the doctors and women who will be getting illegal abortions. And he wants to increase the size of the military. Can you provide proof that Hillary accepted $$$ for favors. Not innuendo, but proof.

"Bigger than Watergate?", to quote Trump. The FBI has been conducting a preliminary inquiry into Donald Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort's foreign business connections, law enforcement and intelligence sources told NBC News Monday. NBC News reported in August that Manafort was a key player in multi-million-dollar business propositions with Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs — one of them a close Putin ally with alleged ties to organized crime — which foreign policy experts said raised questions about the pro-Russian bent of the Trump candidacy. Trump has taken a series of pro-Russian positions that experts from both parties say are far outside the mainstream, and inexplicable from a political viewpoint. He continues to cast doubt on Russian involvement in election hacking, for example, despite the intelligence community's public assessment. "The relationships that Trump's advisors have had with pro-Russian forces are deeply disturbing," David Kramer, a former senior State Department official in the George W. Bush administration and a former adviser to Marco Rubio's presidential campaign, told NBC News in August. "Trump's attitude on Russia is not in line with most Republican foreign-policy thinking. Trump has staked out views that are really on the fringe." http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/fbi-making-inquiry-ex-trump-campaign-manager-s-foreign-ties-n675881

But since there was not evidence of criminal activity, for even a Trump supporter to then recommend charges would have been a miscarriage of justice. That hasn't changed, but his letter has muddied the political waters, and has been criticized by former Justice officials from both parties.

A radio host in Buffalo is taking back claims Gov. Andrew Cuomo ordered surveillance of his home, but still insists he was watched with "invisible" technology. The Buffalo News reports WBEN 930 AM personality Tom Bauerle is opening up about an early 2014 incident that led to a voluntary psychiatric evaluation at Erie County Medical Center. Amherst police took a licensed, loaded, semi-automatic handgun from Bauerle at his Williamsville home after he claimed a suspicious person was spying on him in his backyard. At the time, Bauerle alleged that Cuomo ordered operatives to surveil him over criticism of the New York governor and the SAFE Act. Earlier this month, he said he was wrong and owed Cuomo an apology after an investigation by a group of former special ops and law enforcement personnel called "Team Bauerle." On Oct. 19, he told listeners that the team found evidence that college students and "people from certain entities" were on his property using "non-linear optics and adaptive camouflage" and testing "holographic technology." He also told the Canada Free Press that he confirmed their presence with security cameras and an app called "Color Night Vision." http://www.syracuse.com/state/index.ssf/2016/10/buffalo_radio_invisible_surveillance_cuomo_bauerle.html#incart_river_home

This dislike of both candidates is exaggerated. The majority of Trump voters like Trump and the majority of Clinton voters like Clinton. Of course they don't like the candidate of the other party. And the squeaky wheels that complain about both candidates get all the attention.

PHOENIX, ARIZ. — Security guards removed a man staring menacingly at the press from a Donald Trump campaign rally on Saturday. A television reporter notified a security guard that the rally attendee was holding an object in his hand and described him as a “very dangerous man” after noticing the man facing away from Trump and staring at length directly at members of the press. Minutes later, security guards removed the man from the Phoenix Convention Center. The incident comes as Trump’s attacks on the press have grown more extreme in recent weeks, with the Republican nominee accusing journalists and bankers of colluding with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to destroy him as part of a vast globalist conspiracy. Earlier this month, in response to that rhetoric, Jonathan Greenblatt, the head of the Anti-Defamation League, warned, "Whether intentionally or not, Donald Trump is evoking classic anti-Semitic themes that have historically been used against Jews and still reverberate today." It was not the only press-related incident at Saturday's rally. Minutes before the man was removed, two other men began shouting at the press pen. One of them, wearing a hat with a mushroom cloud and the words “bombislam.com” as well as a shirt with former President Bill Clinton’s face and the word “rape” began shouting, “Bill Clinton’s a rapist.” His companion, wearing a “Hillary for Prison” shirt, shouted at the press, “You are rapists” and “you need to pay for Bill Clinton’s rape,” adding, “You are responsible.” That same man, when the crowd broke into a chant of “U-S-A” stood at the metal barrier separating the press from the crowd and shouted at members of the press, “Jew-S-A.” http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/man-staring-down-press-removed-from-trump-rally-230498

If you really are a law enforcement officer and believe in the Constitiution and our laws then you should know that someone is innocent until proven guilty. Or is that only when you find it convienent? After all the years of investigations, no criminal charges have even been brought against Hillary, including the latest email issue. I find it very troubling that a law enforcement officer would let their bias against someone compel them to make a judgement without facts or prosecution and call them a criminal. And some people wonder why so many people are protesting against bias in our justice system.

I wonder if Trump will mention this: An Iowa woman arrested on charges she voted twice for Donald Trump attempted to explain her behavior by stating that “the polls are rigged,” according to Iowa Public Radio. Cops booked 55-year-old Terri Rote into the Polk County Jail on Thursday, charging her with felony election misconduct. A Des Moines police report alleges the registered Republican cast two separate early voting ballots this week. Two other suspects are accused of casting mail-in ballots and also voting in person. https://twitter.com/deadspin/status/792377361455017984

BREAKING: US official: Newly discovered emails related to Clinton investigation did not come from her private server. NBC’s Pete Williams: Sr. officials say—During separate investigation “a device” led to add'l emails–not from Clinton. Details of FBI: They found 3 emails that "might" be relevant to the case. None of them were withheld by Clinton. Meanwhile Trump said this is bigger than Watergate.

Seems a bit inappropriate for a government agency to put out a general statement without any conclusions. Comey said that he was not sure how long the additional review would take and said the FBI "cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant." But it is significant in it's potential effect, why not wait until there are conclusions before muddying the waters so close to the election.

I wish people would quit smoking so we wouldn't have to keep seeing those commercials during the games, the latest is the woman who gets injections in her eyes.

Actually it just skidded off the runway onto the grass, nobody hurt. Rumor is that Pence grabbed the wheel and then pretended to bump his head. He's now claiming he has no memory of accepting the VP nomination.
