  1. Will they investigate all the un-American policies Trump advocated?
  2. Double standard indeed. When Obama became president there were years of attempting to delegitimize him by the right, led by Trump and his Birther movement. Now when the tables are turned we should just forget how the right acted. We should give him a chance, when the Republican leadership met on the night of his inauguration to plan how to obstruct Obama. double standard indeed. I can't wait for RussiaLeaks to release Trump information, the the right will call foul and say it can't be believed. Marco Rubio had it right. Double standard indeed.
  3. The bigotry that this country has shown towards white Christians over our history is shameful. I hope someday that non-whites and non-Christians will give the same respect and opportunity to white Christians as they have always given to them.
  4. They gave Trump back his Twitter account: "Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!" Will he keep this up when president?
  5. I think it's quite possible that he quits after two years and turns it over to Pence. He's going to hate the constant responsibility and being questioned by the media. Or he just has all the decisions made by the other guys with three wives.

  7. I sent the following email to the Sabres. I'd encourage others to do likewise. "As a lifelong Sabres fan, I am surprised and disappointed that the Sabres and the NHL would allow Robin Lehner to make a political statement on his equipment by placing a Trump sticker on his goalie mask. It is especially troubling that the mask is a tribute to the military, and Trump is a person who disparaged a former POW. I expect that the organization will do the right thing and instruct Lehner to remove the insulting and divisive sticker. To not do so would indicate a tacit approval by the organization of his political statement."
  8. I can't believe that the Sabres or the NHL would allow a player to make a political statement on their equipment.
  9. I thought Trump was a straight speaker whose word we could trust, not another career politician who breaks his promises. So based on that, and the trust his supporters put in him to carry out what he said he'd do, it's totally reasonable to expect him to carry out his proposals. To do otherwise would be hypocritical, and both his supporters and the media should hold him to account if he doesn't do as he said.
  10. Where was that wait and see attitude when Obama was elected? What goes around comes around.
  11. The equivalent of when Obama won and there was a surge in gun sales? http://buffalonews.com/2016/11/10/city-hallways-nov-10-gay-couples-rush-city-hall-trumps-election/ In a typical week lately, maybe five gay couples, I'm told, walk into the Buffalo city clerk’s office to apply for a marriage license. The Wednesday morning after Donald Trump’s surprise victory, five couples arrived there for marriage licenses in one day – and all before 10 a.m. They expressed concern that a Trump administration will overturn the marriage equality act, striking down same-sex marriage, one of the city clerk employees told me. The couples decided they need to get married before Trump takes office, so they rushed over to City Hall Wednesday morning — some as soon as the clerk's office opened, she said.
  12. I got some of those sneaker ball air fresheners and put them in my gloves after playing. I also occasionally spray my equipment with Fabreeze. But most important is I hang my gear on a rack in the basement by the dehumidifier.
  13. Who's the bitter ones? Just three days after former secretary of state Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election, Donald Trump supporters will discuss which "crimes will get her indicted first" at a victory party Friday night in Montgomery County, Maryland. According to an email, the celebration — which will be held at the Montgomery County GOP headquarters in Rockville, is a thank you for the hard work of volunteers in the largely Democratic county. At the party, the email said attendees will speculate on who will make it to Trump's Cabinet, discuss the inauguration, and "dish about which of Hillary's crimes will get her indicted first." http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/trump-supporters-clinton-crimes-montgomery-county-victory-party-231157 Putin doesn't play golf.
  14. He must be guilty just because he's being investigated. Lock him up, lock him up!
  15. Down to 1360, stupid shootout. Perhaps we should cut the winnings.and losses in half if they go to shootout.
  16. His agenda should be all the issues he brought up in the election that convinced his supporters that he was the agent of change. To not follow through and at least try to get them passed (illegal immigrants out, ban refugees from Middle East, build the wall, etc.) would be a disservice to his supporters, and show that he's just another career politician who makes promises but doesn't follow through. It shouldn't matter if a Congress agrees, he owes it to them to propose the changes and let his supporters pressure their representatives.
  17. Newt Gingrich, Rudi Guliani, Chris Christie. The new faces of change in a Trump cabinet.
  18. Now that he's won, I wonder if RussiaLeaks will start to release Trump information to discredit him and cause further political chaos.
  19. The change they want is America circa 1950. That ship has sailed. The campaign to suppress and depress voter turnout by driving up negatives worked.
  20. Ironic that many of the auto workers whose jobs were saved by the Obama auto industry loan guarantee that Republicans opposed probably voted Republican.
  21. Will the Republicans let her be, or will they follow through on their treats to further investigate?
