They’re not going to keep 8 defensemen in Buffalo when everyone is healthy.

He’s been placed on IR, so he won’t be available for at least 7 days.

I was at the game. The Crunch didn’t do anything great. The Amerks just turned the puck over too much in the D zone, and made bad passes in the O zone. They look like a young team that needs to make better decisions.

Was hoping they’d play Houser and save UPL for Saturday when I’m going to see them in Syracuse. Also going to miss Pilut.

Krebs plays better at center. But the worst has been Mittlestadt who repeatedly turns over the puck and is weak on the boards. Put Krebs in his spot.

He was terrible, he repeatedly turned the puck over at the blue line, and gets knocked off the puck on the wall.

They need to move Tuch back with Thompson going forward. He’s needed to get the puck off the wall that VO can’t do. Or give Peterka a chance with him.

Mittlestat is a giveaway machine. I wish they traded him over the summer. They should try Krebs at center. The defense has got to stop pinching and giving up odd man rushes. Power can’t get away with that college stuff. And they have to come up with a better PP breakout than that pass back at center ice disaster.

It was expected. I assume they’ll take turns for the immediate future.

They did reduce the number, for instance Tage was a C and W last year, now just C.

Will you be switching the waivers back to 5? And with the NHL starting Thursday do our games start this week or next Monday?

Show me another team that has a 4th liner as captain. It’s going to look bad if his game drops off and they have to put the captain in the press box.

They could rotate the As between home and road, like Drury and Briere did with the C. Being a 4th line nice guy doesn’t equate to being captain.

They could have given the C to Tuch and let them keep their A’s.

It’s a mistake giving a 4th line often injured 34 year old player the C, and another 4th liner an A. It will be embarrassing if they have to sit him if his game drops off. It should be Tuch; a top six player who shows leadership and could be with the team for years. Not even an A. 😒

Take an energy drink and come back strong.

It doesn’t really take much time, just looking at what team is playing each night and adjusting your lineup. There were some people who didn’t even take a couple minutes to make sure they put their rostered players playing that night on their active list.

Why did you reduce waivers from 5 to 2? That’s not enough. Part of the fun was figuring out how to make strategic moves each week.
