My fear is that the Sabres will finish with the 2nd worst record, a team like Toronto or Carolina will finish with a better record but will win the lottery, and the Sabres get bumped to the 3rd pick.

That was like a "good game" tap. The linesman needs to grow a pair if he reported that. They get more abused breaking up fights and don't call anything.
