What’s funny is if before Terry owned the team someone told me the Sabres were playing in Prague when you’ll be in your 30s and will have the money to go, there would have been zero hesitation to go. I’m sure anyone who went had a blast because Prague looks like a great city, but it’s too bad the team didn’t show out.

If the Sabres left Buffalo it’s almost a double win. I could pick a new favorite team and I’d have a new most hated team.

Benson did get clipped yesterday in the game. Don’t remember what it was but think he grabbed his jaw.

So Benson is either: A) Hurt B) Sitting because Lindy thinks he performed the worst of any forward yesterday C) Sitting because Lindy wants to give Krebs an opportunity to play an international team and he’s lowest on the totem pole whats most concerning?

I didn’t make yesterdays, but typically they go about as well as any other Sabres game when I do. So, poorly.

Your last place Buffalo Sabres take on first place New Jersey Devils. Buffalo came out flat and uninspiring yesterday on the first half of a season opening back to back. The team will need to pick up the pace of play and attack much more aggressively than what we saw yesterday. Fancy stats will say we outplayed Jersey, but anyone with eyes can see that wasn’t the game they were watching. NAK was injured yesterday so expect at least some changes to the lineup. Go Sabres. Right the ship.

So three of our worst players yesterday all wear letters. Interesting.
