Shoot first forwards have more room to do so on their off-wing and have greater opportunities for one-timers. Pass first forwards have a greater ability to pass on their hand-wing. Some people make playing off-wing out to sound like it’s something difficult when for many it’s much easier. It’s also easier to clear the zone from your off-wing. It’s inky more difficult to keep the puck in the offensive zone.

I know we talked about this previously, but I figured if it’s going to be on ongoing thing it might as well have it’s own thread.

Taylor is coaching the tournament. And coaches literally stand behind the players’ bench. If they were in front, players couldn’t change lines.

I would think two AHL seasons with some call-ups year two and then possibly a shot at the roster in three years. He’s far from an NHL guarantee.

Wins are far from a performance indicator in baseball. You can lose a game without giving up any earned runs and you can win a game giving up a dozen.

I’ve been saying VO will hit 25 for a while now. I expect both Eichel and Skinner to clear 30. I would like to see Reinhart break 25 this year with 45 assists. Hoping for 80 goals total from Vesey, Johansson, E-Rod, Sheary, and Mitts. 25 from Girgs, Larry and Okposo is likely a stretch, but I think it can be done. That makes 215 on offense. Not sure about defense or what our total was last year, but I feel like it was less than this.

It’s crazy how with each generation of consoles their product gets worse and worse in every way less graphics.

I’m aware of the players option, I’m just hopeful they won’t opt-out so am using language that pretends a lock-out won’t be happening anytime soon. Like providing classes that explain what it is so they stop complaining?

I don’t think it will take a lockout for there to be a compliance buyout in the new CBA. I think it would likely be smart for them to, but the new CBA won’t take effect until 2022 so who knows. He could be on the LTIR by then.

I find it surprising how many of these lists are neglecting Geoff Sanderson. It’s a travesty when greatness isn’t appreciated.

I would think with his shot Laine would fair better one his off-wing. Opposite holds true for Sam and passing.
