Eh, yes and no. This problem dates back to the post-war housing boom. When black America was forced to rent, white America was accumulating wealth in the form of property ownership. There would be many more middle class black Americans had black Americans been able to buy the same houses as white Americans. The highways were installed at this same time in black neighborhoods and drove down what property value was to be had.

I like the idea of Cozens with Skinner. I haven’t seen too much of Cozens play, but it seems like he drives to the middle of the ice and draws defenders to him. Sounds like he should be able to create space for Skinner. Would prefer to see VO with Jack though. I think Jack would help Victor transition, just as Skinner would help Cozens.

This would likely mean six weeks recovery, correct?

Bump Thursday should be a pretty telling day roster-wise. I know RK said he wasn’t too worried about thinning the roster out yet, I imagine we’ll see his first true line-up thoughts. I’m starting to believe that there’s enough good players in this organization that this team can make the playoffs, especially if Risto is moved out for a top 4 RW.

**rampant speculation below** There not a chance in hell there’s a lockout in 2022 with Seattle coming in. I’m sure they have absurd lockout protection and it would be a terrible look for the league. The players will use that as leverage, get the Olympics and sign a three year extension until 2025 when escrow will be dealt with.

RK has said the first five days of camp he wanted to spread his veterans out with new and young players. After that, things would start to shake out more. I wouldn’t read into anything prior to this upcoming Wednesday.

Both hips I believe. I want to say the trend now with goalies is to get hip surgeries younger and younger as they’ll need them anyway and waiting will cause additional pain/discomfort.
