  1. I think that pass was a catch an NFL receiver should make.
  2. Beasley with at least 2 critical drops so far. The WTF on the facemask call?!?!
  3. Hard fought point earned. Wish Jack would have shot the puck in OT. That pass was an awful idea, obviously.
  4. 1. Overpaid in cap hit 2. Overpaid in assets to get him 3. Underperforms 4. Too long term on contract to go with the overpayment Murray loved guys like this that fit some or all of those categories. Luckily, we can hopefully finally get rid of Bogosian. All that's left is Okposo, but at least he's filling a need for this team, albeit at a very inflated price. None of those applies to Olofsson, a fortunate 7th round pick.
  5. No, I'm serious. Really really watch that door, Zach. It would probably break you and void the trade if we're that fortunate to find a taker.
  6. Something something instant culture improvement after this loser is gone.
  7. Hahahahahahaha Is this The Onion? The dude who has missed by my rough count 168 games and counting over the last 6 seasons, while getting paid $5 million per year? Sorry Zach, you're never available, you're not that good when you do play, and you don't get a spot saved for you. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
  8. No, just 1 or 2 NHL games per night. I don't know how it's decided which they stream on any particular day.
  9. So far it's always been the home team's broadcast.
  10. https://www.cbssports.com/g00/nfl/news/illegal-patriots-video-reportedly-shows-bengals-coaching-signals-cameraman-wanted-to-delete-footage/?i10c.ua=1&i10c.encReferrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuY2Jzc3BvcnRzLmNvbS9nMDAvP%32kxMGMudWE9MSZpMTBjLmVuY1JlZmVycmVyPWFIUj%42jSE02THk5M2QzY3VaMjl2WjJ4bExtTnZiUzglM2Q%6daTEwYy5kdj0z&i10c.dv=3 Excerpt: According to NFL.com, the footage shows coaches signaling on the Bengals sideline. According to The Athletic, the eight-minute video shows a "direct view" of the Bengals sideline and keeps its focus there the entire time, which seems to contradict what the Patriots said in their statement. Although New England admitted that the team's video crew "inappropriately filmed the field from the press box," the Patriots also added that "the sole purpose of the filming was to provide an illustration of an advance scout at work on the road." If that was the sole purpose of the video, it's hard to imagine why they would need eight straight minutes of film from the Bengals sideline. If they were making a documentary like they said, they could have simply asked the Bengals to shoot the footage for them. Instead, they kept both the Bengals AND the NFL out of the loop when they made the decision to shoot the video.
  11. Disney/ESPN is already adapting and surviving anyway. Disney + has tens of millions of subscribers already and you can get that bundled with Hulu and ESPN+ for the same price or cheaper than Netflix. I would have never subscribed to ESPN + alone, but now I have it and actually use it and enjoy it as part of this package. Sabres games have been on it a few times already. Just an example, but these mega conglomerate entertainment companies do have some positive aspects as well for consumers and they still get to make money.
  12. Best summary of the situation with the Patriots I've seen so far: https://sports.yahoo.com/patriots-cameraman-reportedly-asked-to-just-delete-the-footage-bill-belichick-denies-any-involvement-235522269.html
  13. Not that anything will happen because its the Patriots and the NFL we're talking about here, but some of the details are starting to come out and it sounds really bad. Basically doing the same thing using the same methods they got busted for in 2007.
  14. Also Ryan Johnson. Too many NHL D, but we're also pretty stacked with D prospects.
  15. Know what else you do? Run the ball! They march down the field running the ball on one series, get to the red zone, then start passing again. Never went back to the heavy run offense again. I was thinking, here we go, they're just going to run all day, and it's a great idea because the Ravens couldn't stop it, but then heavy pass the rest of the game which wasn't working at all.
  16. I'm interested in the Sabres being a team worth rooting for. Unfortunately this team isn't worth *****. This team is Tampa's b****. If you enjoy that, good for you because there's much more to come.
  17. Glad you're amused. Also glad the Sabres organization and the Pegulas can count on you no matter how ***** and spineless the team they ice is. Enjoy!
  18. Not watching. They don't care so I don't care. Sad to come to this point in every single season for almost the last decade.
  19. Risto killing Sabres power plays. We've got to have a better option on PP2.
  20. Yikes UB up 27-6 with 8 minutes to go vs Kent State and somehow went on to lose on a last second field goal.
  21. Ugly game. Orange scored 34 points. Gonna be a very long season.
  22. Anyone else watching the Orange opener as they try to knock off the defending national champion?
  23. Not that they have a chance in hell anyways, but why is the Virginia - Syracuse college basketball opener starting at 9:00?!?! Also weird that the ACC has apparently decided to have everyone's (besides Puke) opener be a conference game.
  24. I have to assume the injury is still a factor. That line performs remarkably better with Vesey playing and Rodrigues sitting where he should be.
