Well, right after complaining about the cost of concerts, I picked up tickets to Guns N' Roses September 23 here in Columbus. Pricy, but some things are worth it.

Not sure if they have enough to land Eichel. It would depend on how much the Sabres like draft picks as part of the package. They do have #5 this year. If a rebuild is the direction, the Sabres could start out with 2 of the top prospects in this draft. I could see them being interested in Reinhart. I could see us being interested in Seth Jones. And I certainly see us interested in one of their goalies.

I think Columbus would have to add, but yeah, I think there's a few scenarios for trades between us and them.

They've arguably got at least 3 goalies that are better than ours, they've got tons of draft capital including 3 firsts this year, they do have some talent and are a better team than us, and they need high end forwards. They also need to change things up.

I think Columbus and Buffalo match up really well on multiple levels for trading. And as stated before, I'd take Jones for a year over Risto for a year anytime. Maybe Seth would like Buffalo?
