Totally agree on the bolded. I think they said: "Playoff experienced top-4 D? Check! Handedness, schmandedness." with Byram. The only thing that gives me pause on the top 4 is this current lineup of Power-Dahlin. Jokiharju isn't going to break the bank on a bridge and if Byram-Joker gels the final 6 games, I think we easily see Muel start next season with Clifton (where they both belong, albeit as a pricey 3rd pair). But that's for summer conversations!

Coaching needs to have the team skating hard from the opening faceoff and not starting the game passively. Personnel needs a couple tone-setters for early in the game: an energy line. Something that Okposo and Girgs were unable to do anymore. The 6x$5M is what Farabee signed with Philly (now in the 2nd year of that deal). JJP and Farabee's first three seasons are very similar, and JJP has six more games to close the points gap (12).
