Yes, when healthy I'd say he'd be the 1C on 15 teams in the league. Or at least, he'd be getting the most PP time + EV time as center. There are some centers who'd get more time because they'd also be a primary PK in addition to some PP time.

Because the skating and reach and defensive IQ will allow him cover all manner of other rushes/entries. But that occasional pop without going hunting/looking for it would be very helpful.
