Grigorenko refuses (but then) goes back to Juniors

exactly, send him to juniors for a short period of time, evaluate the rest of the team in the meantime. Let him report to Rochester the minute he turns 20. A year in the AHL would be the best thing for him -

asking him to play for the rest of the season in Quebec, then report to Rochester when he turns 20 is not unreasonable at all. Him throwing a hissy fit over a reasonable request from management shows his immaturity and lack of espirit de corp. NOT what we need in a rebuild. -

On the bright side, at least we can find out his true and troubling character flaws now before dumping millions into him after his rookie contract expires -

So long term, are we saying Dagostini will be a part of our future? Or Ulmark? If we are out of options play him here with talent and let him learn. We are trying to get the top pick not a playoff spot. I would hate to think Murray feels he needs to undo everything just to prove a point. This is the situation he inherited, live with it for a couple of months. -3PUTT Why not undo all of the failing agenda, what have we to lose? We are definitely not making the playoffs... -

From Kevin Freiheit: Here are a few statements from earlier: "I've had many rebuilds in my career, I was a GM for 23 years, rebuilt a lot of teams, this is going to be fun." -Craig Patrick "I'm fairly aggressive guy and not afraid to make a mistake." -Tim Murray "If you're a good team you have to spend to the cap." - Tim Murray "I see a lot of good people in the organization and a lot of good things happening." -Tim Murray "You build a team through the draft. Good drafting allows you to trade well...you use free agency to put you over the top." - Tim Murray "This team is in last place right now; everyone can be traded." -Tim Murray This is from the press release: Buffalo Sabres president of hockey operations Pat LaFontaine today announced the team has hired Tim Murray, a 20-year veteran of NHL front offices, to serve as the club’s general manager. The team also announced that Craig Patrick, the longtime general manager of the Pittsburgh Penguins and a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, has been hired to serve as a special assistant and advisor to the hockey department. -

Congress is inquiring into this, which means that there has to be some smoke here. And where there is smoke... Just Saying

If this is true, then there will definitely be hell to pay... The source said that he/she would be willing to testify before congress, lending some legitimacy. http://nypost.com/2013/11/18/census-faked-2012-election-jobs-report/

Too many dropped passes. Tuel was not half as bad as I expected, we should have won that one
-
We lost this game because our recievers cannot catch...

No, either detached from reality or one of the "people towards the middle don't have enough information to understand their own positions..." who are basically hijacked and being manipulated because of their naiveté

The coaching staff should let everyone know what THEY think about this, unfiltered.Pegula should also protest this with Gary...

That is one caveat. I know he is aggressive and has made some mistakes, but this is hockey, not figure skating. That was not even a borderline hit, it was a hockey play.
-
He should not get any, Johnson had the puck and Kaleta bumped him into the boards from the side while trying to bail on the hit at the last minute. This is just plain silly to me, I mean are they trying to legislate all heavy hitting out of the game completely?

Time to flush all these @$$holes back to where they came from, and start fresh. Lets start with term limits. Two terms for Congress and Senate. That would immediately eliminate the good 'ol boys club, and paralyze K-Street as they would have a much tougher time buying and selling elected officials...

The circumstances are completely different. The Patriot Act was passed only 2 1/2 years removed from 9/11, and less than a year into the war in Iraq. On the top of everybody's mind was preventing Al-Qaeda from launching another attack, most were not thinking about the consequences of passing such a bill. Very different circumstances today, hence the anger.
