    With the salary cap progressively going up and our plethora of cap space, if we want him we could keep him. With the current state of the team rebuild and his age, i think it would probably take a cadillac contract something to the tune of 8X64, or somewhere in that league. The Sabres can afford it, the question is will they do it?

    I agree, the minors can fix all types of things, however character flaws are not among them. DR may have been doing us a huge favor letting him get a taste of the grown up table. Whatever he does in the Q or the AHL he has been forever exposed...

    this is a blue collar town with hemorrhoids and ###### fissures from getting pounded in the brown eye for decades. The tolerance for BS stunts like this from sports stars who make hundreds of thousands tomillions to play the game they love while most kids his age in this town cannot get a job at wendys is slim to none.
