Mitts would benefit from a trade. His time here has run it’s course I think. Coaching has put him on different lines, different positions, different situations. It’s just not working. Nothing against him but it’s time to move on. Same with Olof. One gets moved at the deadline and the other in the off-season.

That’s not what right looks like.

I know MLB has a stat for home plate umpires accuracy in calling balls and strikes. Accuracy for fir correct and incorrect penalty calls in hockey would highlight the problem.

All for replacing Olof and Mitts for tomorrow. Something has gotta change for that line. It’s missing a spark. The fourth line got it when Krebs joined. The second line is all spark. The first line is controlled explosions.

I’m not disagreeing the first couple years post trade sucked. I made plenty of posts that were negative regarding TT. All I’m saying is that over time and in the last year and half to two years it’s appears the Sabres won. Agree to disagree.

And ROR winning the Stanley Cup MVP is four years in the past. TNT is worth more to the Sabres than ROR is to STL right now. Therefore, years later it seems the Sabres won the trade.

Yes, they did win the trade. TT is more of an asset to the Sabres right now than ROR is to STL. Regardless of a Stanley Cup MVP almost four years ago.

At the time it looked like the Sabres lost the trade. What I am saying is years later the Sabres won that trade in the long run.

I’d say Buffalo won that trade. Same with getting TNT in the ROR trade. It just took a little time for it to show on both.

No moral victories. Play a 60 minute game and go all out. If tied by mid-third I see DG shortening the bench.
