Build from the backend out. Get ahead of it now. Accept this season for the loss and management learning experience it will be.

We’ll guys. We put a lot of money in a basket of players and banked on catching lightning twice offensively. I’ll be willing to admit I am wrong later but right now we are back to being the 2015-2016 Sabres. Wrong configuration of players.

We missed the playoffs last year with largely the same roster. Other teams in the east got better and the Sabres stayed roughly the same. The only arguably good move was E Johnson. Different players need to be brought in if there is any chance of salvaging the season.
