Phil better call out players by name to the media. No reason to be worried about losing a room that isn't together anyway. Eichel should land a nice return in the near future. -
Let the leading goal scorer on a struggling team "walk"? He's 16th in the league in goals and 32nd in points. A good skater with size and a top six forward on any team. If Eichel was what he was built up to be then I would agree. Nobody on this team or in the system currently provides or looks like they can provide what he does. Not saying he is the end all be all of the team but what is the plan when he "walks", indicative of no return?

Its amazing how that happens. Its like a child generous in school. They do bad in regular classes because they are not challenged enough but excel in a more competitive environment.

Just saw the wrap around replay. Eichel with two guys st the backdoor and he makes no attempt to take one.

I forget where the rink is but I don't recall any based near it. I want to go back at least once more before we leave. If I remember I'll take some pics.

I was somewhat familiar with the Taro story but you got me on the Katana part. LOL.

There is some hockey here (Okinawa) but nothing big. Never heard of the Katanas but I will look them up. Took the kids skating once and the ice had a weird grayish tint.

Moulson a healthy scratch or is he injured? I think he has missed the last couple of games.

I hope its not the case next year. He might not yet be getting paid $10 mil now but he was offered and signed a contract for it. Here's to hoping its a one game wake up call and that somehow he becomes what many hoped because I do not think a bigger paycheck makes someone better. The hope of getting one seems to though with Kane.
