  1. Wow. This thread went from buy KO out to “yaaaaaay!”. Humans, amiright?
  2. A lot of skinny jean men in that bloodline I imagine.
  3. With a 3.91 GAA and .867 SV%, Sabres need to embrace the shooting mentality. Pepper Demko with everything. This is a home game for him which should add to the nerves hopefully resulting in juicy rebounds. Crash the net on shot follow ups. Get in his face. Do not get too fancy out there. One or two passes in a north-south game. Possession is important but the kid has to be pressured. PP must move the puck. Sticking to the left side has not been working. This is where you can get fancy with player movement, puck movement simple.
  4. I’d be curious to see ERod on Jack’s RW. Sam center FL2. Mitts center FL3. If so it would have to be against a lesser team during our home stand following the break.
  5. I didn’t see the below posted among the arguments on stats. Skinner-Eichel-ReinhartSheary-Mittelstadt-ThompsonSobotka-Rodrigues-PominvilleGirgensons-Larsson-OkposoPilut-RistolainenDahlin-BogosianScandella-McCabeUllmark
  6. I hate to give a BS answer but depends on the team. Also any sweetener we could spare. Some teams are heavy on good forwards, sacrificing their defense. Right team might get us something useful. Then again JBott pretty much made Carolina a member of the #METOO movement in the Skinner trade.
  7. Was 50 here in Okinawa this morning but warmed up a bit. Summers are mild compared to hell.
  8. Third of a three game trip. A win tonight may be the sign the Sabres are turning things around after hitting rock bottom in EDM. NS will take us to the promise land tonight. Edit: Must win!! Dahlin Dahlin Dahlin Dahliiiiiiiiin
  9. With the player requesting a trade is it safe to say the return could be lower? The team won’t attract players to come to Buffalo if they just make him sit and at this point the right thing would be to trade him. So it’s a situation where they sort of have to which reduces their leverage on a return. Unless his improved play has teams calling then disregard this post.
  10. Well we wanted JBott to do something.
  11. Because he hit the net and not the boards. Lol.
  12. This is why I forbid my son from eating too much soy.
  13. Maybe. I don’t watch enough of Calgary to definitively compare the two but I was impressed with what I saw. Let me look at the advanced stats. ? I’m kidding by the way.
  14. Yeah he can be a game changer but Gaudreau (spelling) is almost mesmerizing. He holds on to it and never stops moving. Imagine if we had both.
  15. He’s out there. Making big circles and blasting the boards with pucks.
  16. In the first period, after Jack missed the net, Ray said that’s the difference between a good and great player. Broken clock is right twice a day.
  17. Did Rob Ray tell Skinner to stop arguing with the ref about the offsides call? If so that’s funny, to me.
  18. If he means slow down how fast they make plays I’m not sure that’s possible unless they go backwards in time. Risto practically lives behind our own net, they still use the drop pass on the PP and Jack ties the puck to a string dragging it around until someone slaps it away. I’ll buy what he’s selling when it translates on the ice. There I go being negative again.
  19. Reading some of my recent posts I realize how negative I have been. Sabres need to use some speed tonight. If they get space like they did in EDM they have to capitalize.
  20. That’s why I said Phil stays the rest of the season.
