To add, Gore had three 1st-&-10 carries and totaled 9 yards, 3 yard average. Singletary had 12 for 66 yards, or a 5.5 yard average.
Side note, but we had 3 times as many rushes on first down as we had passes.
I should see what the closest Bills Backers gathering is to me. If it's not too far, maybe I'll go sometime (I say as a pretty bad introvert).
Edit: Looks like the closest Bills Backers bar is a ~40 minute drive. Doubt I'll talk myself into that, but who knows...
First time in World Series history that the visiting team has won 6 times. Kind of neat.
I suppose I need to watch game 7 now even though I don't really care about either team.
I haven't done the work, but I'd be willing to bet he has faced the easiest combined competition of anyone in the league, for his career thus far. And with one of the best defenses in the league. This is not a good argument at this stage of his career.
I almost went to this game since I'm in WNY right now. Looks like I dodged a bullet. I have an 8 hour drive after the game is over to go back home anyway, so it's probably better this way.
