  1. You know, the home teams, in order of their seeding, being able to pick their opponents sure would be interesting. Might get some really unexpected matches.
  2. He has 144 yards in 10 games this year. I hope he can do well here, but I am not expecting much.
  3. I'll be surprised if we don't have a new OC next year.
  4. With no elite defenses this year, any team that loses their starting QB is screwed, IMO.
  5. I spelled it out that way because apparently that's the way he pronounces his name. Where that N comes from, who knows
  6. I mentioned that the only difference is that we would have to visit the Steelers. Whether that's in the divisional or AFCCG, it doesn't change that that is the only difference for us. So in the off chance of a Chiefs upset loss, it means we would host the first two playoff games instead of the first and third playoff games, assuming the Steelers and we both win both games.
  7. Another Tongue-ovailoa pick. Let's get a new guy a TD reception and set that record. Yes, I'm greedy.
  8. Again, 2 vs 3 doesn't make a difference there.
  9. And that would happen for the 3 seed as well, since the 3 seed would need to go through the 2 seed to get to the AFCCG.
  10. If someone from the future could tell me that no one on the team would get hurt today if they play the whole game, I'd love me some Fish beatdown and a 5th OPOTW for Allen.
  11. Is it, though? It only means they would get to host the Steelers IF the Steelers win their wild card game. That's it. No other difference. And that's assuming the Steelers beat the Browns.
  12. Anyone else really annoyed that Allen is still in this game? And Diggs?
  13. I think that's why India had a vote on it.
  14. And not here. And India also denied it today.
  15. AZ's handling of their trials has really put them behind. Looks like they probably won't get EUA for several months, whereas the J&J vaccine could get it in early February.
  16. First, DVOA accounts for opponents. Second, how does looking at a team's record make for a more complete story? Wins are a team stat, not a QB stat.
  17. This is DVOA: https://www.footballoutsiders.com/info/methods It's about as far from ranking by yards given up as you can get.
  18. Did you just...completely ignore my post above yours? Based on the quality of opponents, the stats don't support that argument.
  19. Okay guys, you didn't need to let the owner of the website win. 😉 I kid, I kid. Congrats!
  20. Until this week when the Packers got their second win over a team with a winning record, the Bengals had more such wins. That said, though the Packers have definitely had an easier schedule than the Bills, I'm not sure Rodgers has played a far easier schedule than Allen. Here are the defenses by DVOA (by week 15's rankings, FO hasn't updated for week 16) that Rodgers has faced: 13, 32, 2, 12, 5, 30, 13, 10, 31, 6, 7, 15, 32, 27, 28. Sorted: 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 13, 15, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 32 And Allen's: 22, 11, 4, 29, 28, 17, 22, 23, 20, 9, 21, 10, 1, 16, 23. Sorted: 1, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 22, 23, 23, 28, 29 Rodgers has played top 10 defenses 5 times to Allen's 4. Allen has played a bunch of mediocre defenses (8 times for defenses ranked 16-23), but Rodgers has played bottom-5 defenses 5 times. Also, Rodgers has 44 TDs to 5 INTs. Even with a cakewalk schedule (which I'm not sure the data supports), that's still very impressive. His QB rating is 7 points higher than the next best in the league.
  21. Technically it's both. The record is 13 by Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Josh needs to throw 1 more to tie the QB record, the Bills need to catch 1 more to break the team record.
  22. Hey, yeah. If only backups in, then our chances of a new guy getting a TD skyrocket, eh?
  23. OK, Bills. We're inside the 10 again. Get it to a new guy! Well, it's just Diggs' night tonight. Go Diggs! Diggs, Bills, Consonant-i-double-consonant-s. Coincidence? I think not!
  24. Diggs leads the NFL in receiving yards now.
  25. With that TD, Allen just tied Kelly for most passing TDs in a season by a Bills QB
