That Tennessee game really hurts right now. If we hadn't blown that game, we'd be the #1 seed right now.
-
Would you look at that, a 100-yard running back game. That breaks a streak of 40 straight games (counting playoffs) without one.
-
Which is extra impressive, since so many of us (myself included) were very unhappy with drafting him.
-
Yeah, that's not a joke to a lot of fans. Hence the complex comment.
-
Why do Bills fans have such an inferiority complex? If anything, this will only motivate Allen. I mean, he just had his best game of the season.
-
Mahomes rode the bench his first season. If you want to look at the same number of games actually played (59 regular season games so far for Allen), then it's Allen 131, Mahomes 149. Perhaps surprisingly, between sitting his rookie season and a few games where he was inactive, Mahomes has only played 2 more regular season games than Allen.

On the Pats' last drive, the D did force two 4th downs and got an interception. Good showing, but they were in that position thanks to Allen putting us up 2 scores and making a rookie desperate. That's probably going to be the key to our winning against good teams. D plays well enough to let the O get ahead and make the other team desperate and mistake-prone.

Every single offensive drive got to the Pats' 12. The 2020 offense showed up today. Every time they got the ball, I had no doubt they'd score. Love that feeling. Also, kudos to McKenzie for showing up with the opportunity afforded him by Beasley's absence. Several clutch catches.

4 drives on offense, 4 trips inside the 10, against one of the best defenses in the league. Keep it up!

Moving goalposts? You're the one that cut back to 8 weeks. Try again.
-
2020 Josh: 2021 Josh: Josh's Q1 and Q3 last year blow away any quarter he's had this year. His Q2 last year, he was dealing with a shoulder injury.
-
Ah yes, make a comparison after 8 weeks. You know, the time that includes when Josh was injured and played his worst last year.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32176833/2021-nfl-pass-rushing-run-stopping-blocking-leaderboard-win-rate-rankings 9th in pass block win rate. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/nfl/basic-offensive-line 4th in adjusted sack rate. Any other myths?
-
Their performance in pass protection has been pretty much identical to last year.
-
He has worse numbers this year, against easier competition, with horrible red zone efficiency.
-
The line qas bad last year, but that didn't stop him from impressing.
-
/shrug Merry Christmas.

It's getting ugly. Not as bad as the 'Aints, who are taking that little nickname seriously. But still bad.
-
One injury, to Sanders. And Gabe was just behind Diggs the week before (against Tampa), with Sanders in the lineup.
-
Gabe had more snaps than any other receiver last game. More than Diggs, even.
-
COVID aside, he hasn't been physically healthy much this season, has he? Or maybe I'm imagining that. As for the game itself, it's definitely the most important game of the season. Win this game and you probably take the division. Lose this game, and with 13 of 16 AFC teams at .500+ you have a very real chance of missing playoffs.
-
Using your hypothetical numbers, 2% of unvaccinated people are making up 50% of cases. That's a 25-fold decrease with vaccination. Do you just not understand math?
-
He needs to get those penalties under control, but I think he's had a decent rookie season.
-
I'm not someone who invariably blames the refs, but they definitely impacted the game. Even Pats fans I know say it should have been 1st and goal from the 1 with 22 seconds to go.
