  1. 2-9 if you count playoffs, but Mac Jones could have been peak Brady and they would have still lost to a team scoring a TD on every drive.
  2. Albert Pujols tied Alex Rodriguez's 696 home runs last night, 4th most all time. Babe Ruth is next, at 714, which is well out of reach unless he changes his plan to retire.
  3. ~75k to hold a ball five times. Nice. I'd take it.
  4. Yesterday was Allen's third career game with a 250+ yards and 3 TDs through the air and 50+ yards and a TD on the ground. That's more than any other QB going back to 1950. Kyler Murray and Jeff Garcia have done it twice, and a dozen other guys have done it once.
  5. It's been turnovers or points every drive. 0 punts.
  6. Nice way to start the game.
  7. It's her third Grand Slam quarterfinal this year. Both previous times (Świątek at the French Open and Ashleigh Barty at the Australian Open), she lost to the eventual champion. She's the highest ranked US tennis player (men or women), and she could end up ranked 5th in the world at the end of the US Open (if Sabalenka loses to Świątek and Garcia doesn't win the whole thing). An amazing year.
  8. I don't like the Yankees, but I'm enjoying following Aaron Judge's home run chase. It'd be nice to see someone who isn't part of the steroid scandal beat Marin's 61.
  9. I'm not proud of it, but I think I would lose my poop.
  10. The last time we lost in the AFC championship and then the divisional round the next year, we started our run of 4 straight Super Bowls. Let's do that again, but with wins, heh.
  11. RE: Tim Graham, I think it's a callback to the Araiza actions and how they seemingly did little to nothing until the lawsuit came out.
  12. This isn't the thread for it, so I'll just say I call it like I see it. You were being petulant and the OP is being scummy asking strangers for money. That's my last word on this matter in this thread. If anyone wants to discuss more, PM me.
  13. I have a bad habit of saying something when I feel like there's something that needs to be said, and I can be painfully unaware of social cues at times As for Sakman, I don't even remember ever interacting with them and, honestly, that is the first person I've ever known to put me on ignore on any message board, so I feel kind of honored.
  14. It's your right to continue to take monetary advantage of an awful situation. Doesn't make it any less scummy.
  15. First things first: I'm sorry for your loss. Second: I've lost both my brother and my mother since 2016 and have never once thought of asking for money from people, here or elsewhere. It just rubs me completely the wrong way.
  16. Holy bleep.
  17. This is supposed to be a rebuilding year for Cleveland, but by virtue of being in perhaps the worst division of baseball, they have a slight division lead. Go Guardians (still feels weird to write that).
  18. I called it puerile behavior, and you defended it by saying it happens all the time in middle school. That literally reinforces my point. Ball busting is for friends. Let me know when Araiza is your friend and I'll accept it. I'll lighten up after you grow up.
  19. In what world is any of that excusable? It's pathetic behavior.
  20. Calling someone by a moniker they don't like is literally calling them names. It's puerile at best, and I expect better of you.
  21. Araiza doesn't like that nickname.
  22. For a seasoned vet like your boy Rodgers, sure. But Wilson was a rookie last year, and can probably use all the game time action he can get.
  23. Running in the 80s with high humidity absolutely sucks.
  24. That doesn't explain his time in New York. And he's only played an entire season twice in his 8 year career.
