  1. Wooohooooooooooo
  2. Haha, I remember that. Biron must have really gotten to the fans with that comment. :D
  3. From http://hfboards.com/showthread.php?t=311254: I had no idea. Congrats, Teppo!
  4. 4-2 Buffalo, empty netter by Vanek seals the deal.
  5. Woohoo Buffalo! I'm getting sick of allowing so many goals, but I'll take the win indeed. Biron with the save of the game on that break. Let's Go Buffalo!
  6. See you all in the chat room.
  7. Hahaha, typical Cryers fan.
  8. 6-1 ;)
  9. Another good note: the Amerks downed Binghamton to bring their record to 11-1.
  10. Okay, well, I'm not going to name my good feeling about anyone this game, but I definitely see us winning this. 6-2, Buffalo.
  11. Woohoo, Vanek!
  12. Yeah, he's become very frustrating. :wallbash:
  13. Yeah, that's for sure, heh. Oh well, I don't know what to make of the game now. Biron should be solid.
  14. Like I said in another thread, I have a really good feeling about Miller tomorrow. 2-0 Buffalo.
  15. I don't know if this has been noted or not, but the Elias Sports Bureau says we have the following record (taken from ESPN): NHL ? One NHL game on Sunday, one NHL record set: The Sabres rallied from a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Rangers, 4-3, in overtime for their eighth victory in eight road games this season. Three other teams had won each of their first seven road games but failed to extend their streak to eight: the Maple Leafs in 1940, the Flyers in 1985, and the Red Wings in 2005.
  16. I'm going with 3-2 Buffalo, with another frustratingly slow start to the game, where Miller stands on his head to keep us in it.
  17. Wow, we've stolen at least 1 point tonight.
  18. I foresee a solid 4-1 rebound game.
  19. I know I thought this would be where the streak ended in Screamin'Weasel's poll, but it just wouldn't be right for me not to predict a 4-2 Buffalo win, and so I shall.
  20. To quote Wiki (obviously not a scholarly source, but usually reliable): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1983-84_NHL_season
  21. 1983, I believe.
  22. Well, if you want to cross seasons, a win tonight would give us our 15th straight regular season win. :)
  23. Why stop there? If you're going to look at it that way, you might as well exclude OT wins also. That takes the Maple Laffs out of the picture. In that case, the Sabres still have the best start, just not this season's Sabres.
  24. 4-2, Buffalo, but with the game not nearly as close as the score.
  25. Another note: Miller now has 11 straight regular season wins.
