Generally organizational changes signify a failure, and at the very least there's a disconnect somewhere within the organization, and we'll have yet again someone new at some position started fresh, and implemented some new way of doing things. It's incredible the stability we had with R+R and now we're the complete opposite, yet neither of it has worked. I don't know why I continue to believe in this team

Good points. It's upsetting because this was really the only asset we had to kick off a fast rebuild, and now we have nothing to start with. We pretty much have to be perfect in the draft, and can't afford Nylander, Mittelstadt, or Guhle not panning out. We have a bare cupboard and came home from the store with a head of lettuce
