  1. I couldn't agree more with really every point you made in this post. Was not aware Wahlstrom played with Hughes either. Or that Hughes is a little guy
  2. Neither do I. You poke your head in just to talk and complain
  3. I mean I understand what you're saying, I think we just value things differently. We just had that guy in Evander Kane, and we got rid of him Did not realize Wahlstrom was actually bigger, albeit a little shorter
  4. Well refer to Liger's post. Wahlstrom was only 3 months older
  5. Honestly man if you're just gonna come in here and yuck our yum, just make fun of the things we enjoy, what's the point. If you feel so bad for us, just stop coming here
  6. Right but again, you can get these guys anywhere. Spending a top 5 pick on a guy you want to 'push back' and gave an 'edge to his game' is just insane to me. These aren't difficult skill sets to come by Ah so it really wasn't that far of a gap then. Then yeah, Wahlstrom blew Tkachuk outta the water. And that's with Takchuk being bigger and stronger
  7. I really want him. One of the few things I'd be willing to part with RoR or Sam for
  8. 62gp for Wahlstrom and 61gp for Tkachuk Granted it does look like Wahlstrom put those numbers up in his draft year, whereas Tkachuk did it in the year prior to his draft year. In the year prior to Wahlstrom's draft year, in that league he had 10-5-15 in 20gp
  9. Maybe I am wrong, but he seems like a guy that is fast and big and has used that to play very well against smaller kids. Even then he really hasn't exactly dominated; Wahlstrom blew him outta the water in the same league USDP seasons for the two Wahlstrom -> 48-46-94 Tkachuck -> 25-29-54
  10. I mean clearly he is, because Ottawa got rid of him, and we just let him walk.
  11. Sabres hype video from official account https://twitter.com/BuffaloSabres/status/1010208162501152768 Button with some real good, fresh Dahlin talk https://twitter.com/BuffaloSabres/status/1010179353483841537
  12. Is he though? To me the possibility he becomes a 3rd liner is a lot higher than him becoming a Wayne Simmonds or peak Hartnell
  13. Ronaldo is actually a good guy. He gets a bad rap cause he's a dick on the pitch, sure.
  14. I can't verify or deny that, but that still doesn't mean they wouldn't have made it. That's a very, very talented roster, that may play a lot different if they're not just feeding Messi and letting him take 6 shots a game. Who knows, maybe someone else actually scores on those chances unlike Messi. They'd definitely play a team game for once, which would benefit the widespread talent they have on that roster.
  15. What, Argentina wouldn't have qualified? They 1000% would have. They still have Higuain, Aguero, Mascherano, Dybala, and Di Maria
  16. I mean you can't say that about Ronaldo when meanwhile Neymar is the biggest diver in the history of the sport
  17. If you believe that, that's fine. But Tom Wilson and Ryan Reaves weren't drafted at 3rd overall; you can get the player you're describing for much, much less
  18. Who's everyone pulling for by the way? I want Portugal to win. Worst case scenario is Brazil or Argentina
  19. Damn, how lucky is Argentina? Granted they were the favorite to win this group, but with their performance so far and Messi's complete disappearance on the international stage (again) they really don't deserve it
  20. Very true  Lmao that would be amazing
  21. Lot of re-purposed Moulson jerseys are about to happen
  22. @PierreVLeBrun Paul Martin placed on buyout waivers today. Sharks confirm they're buying him out. Frees up more cap space. Sharks appreciative of what he brought while he was there. Now Martin as UFA can try to find a new opportunity.
