Does anyone know if Eichel works with Adam Oates in the offseason? Listened to a podcast today where Oates was talking about his offseason training, including guys like McDavid, and what he does and does not emphasize; says the biggest things is working on your hands. Anyways, 14 guys had career highs after training with him last summer (sorry, I do not know the names), so it seems like something Eichel should be doing
