Some cool facts about the season - This is the 1st year since the 1987 season, when the 16 game schedule was implemented, that no team went exactly .500 - Deandre Hopkins had 115 catches this season, and 0 drops - Baker Mayfield broke Manning and Wilson's' rookie record for touchdowns in a season with 27 (previous was 26) - Mahomes is the 2nd QB in history to throw for 50+ td and 5000+ yds in a season. Yeah the more I think about it the more I'm struggling to find any other WR than Brown (forgot about Thielen) that was a later pick. Linemen individually maybe cannot according to those models, but as a unit and their indirect affect on the game has to be greater than any individual WR, or any WR corps for that matter.

Fair enough and yeah BPA for the NFL draft is probably you're best bet. I honestly can't remember the last time there was a clear cut best WR that turned out to be that good in the NFL though. I would think the last time an NFL team really got that right was Julio Jones Edit: I was wrong, AJ Green was taken before Julio in that draft

Make no mistake, somebody will. There's always a QB frenzie. Teams have and will again be desperate and convince themselves that whatever top QBs available are the next Went/Goff and will mortgage it all for them

From what's been reported it sounds like the alumni in Edmonton run the show there. That's not to say Chiarelli isn't an idiot, because he's 100% earned that right, but things in Edmonton are rotten straight to the core, and there's no hope of it ever getting better

Marvin Lewis, Adam Gase, Vance Joseph, Dirk Coetter, Todd Bowles, Hue Jackson, Mike McCarthy, and Steve Wilks are the list of coaches fired this year. So 3/5 of the rookie QBs already have new head coaches, and only 1 of those QBs made the playoffs; ironic considering he's likely the worst one
