The kid has talent. He can definitely improve his skating but I hope the organization doesn't give up on him until they see what he can do with wingers that can complement his game. It is hard enough for a young kid to come in and be affective. It is even harder when your wingers couldn't score even with Crosby as their center.

Grigs will look faster if he skated more. He is more of a drifter style skater. Kind of sits back and waits for the play to come to him. Hopefully that is something that he can improve on as well.

I don't think the word TANK is even appropriate anymore. The tanking got us to this point. We all can agree on that right?? The tank is over. Now were just living it. That is reality. Saying we can't discuss losing and its benefits right now on a GDT is just certain people trying to be difficult. I highly doubt I am the minority right now.

The last rumor was Tatar, a 1st, and a prospect. According to some on here that wasn't enough. Tatar only has 21 goals. What the hell we need him for?? Murray possibly might have gotten this 2 months ago. Instead, he was holding out for Larkin or Mantha. Therefore, he will get none of the above.

How is all this negativity in discussing the game any different than discussing the tank? They go hand in hand. Regardless of what freaking thread it is.

This might sound all fine and well on page 1. Check the past GDT's. By page 2 and the team is playing like shizit it tends to get a little pro tank around here. Besides, at this point in the season if you are truly hoping for wins then you probably need to reevaluate things. The best thing for this team is to lose. I don't care what thread it is. The rah rah rah ship has sailed. For the record I think tanking is pathetic. However, this deep into it we have to ride it out. Our reward for these two+ seasons of complete BS needs to be McEichle.

Sorry J. It is full on tank from here out. Every thread is free game. There is absolutely no point in hoping for wins right now. I will cheer for certain players improvement but that is it. To finish out of the McEichle derby at this point would be an absolute travesty. Next September when McEichle is in training camp NOBODY will remember this GDT. SO TANK ON BABY!!!!!!

I have a bad feeling that by this time next year we will be firing up the CHL thread. Yhe blatant tanking will be over and trying to improve will be our goal. However, this team has far too many holes and youth to make any drastic jump in the standings next year. Unfortunately, the 2015-2016 draft thread will be very popular as well.

IF we trade Myers he will be drafting a dman with one of the later firsts.
