Keep him. He gives 100% every shift. He's decent on the pk, blocks shots, plus he takes the opposition off their game. Would I like to see him fight more when the opportunity presents itself? Of course, but the fact that he doesn't gets under the oppositions skin even more. They're more focused on him than their game plan.

I would definitely strip Stafford of his "A," before I would consider taking Pommers "C." Give Stafford's "A" to Ott immediatley.

Sending him to Quebec staggers his development for another year. He has been skating pretty timid out there, however, he hasn't looked out of place, or hurt us defensively. With no training camp/pre-season, let him find his groove. Besides, I'm more concerned about who would replace him.
