I just hope it isn't a Josef Fritzl case of "siblings". He's who I keep thinking of when I read about this horror.

I won't even feed myself that stuff haha

Yeah that doesn't look like a bad commute at all. I like that they have urgent care hours and such, too. 12 in a cat is one of those ages where he's probbaaaably fine and we have it under control but could get worse worryingly quick as well. I'm watching the poor guy like a hawk now. I'll be terrible if I ever have children.
-
I'd rather not. He hates car rides as it is, and I wouldn't want to further stress him out at this point. I had a great vet in Rochester, but yeah, the drive is just too much.
-
Our cat is in one of his "barf constantly" fits. He's had them on and off forever, but this spell has been especially gross. He's 12, and while it's probably just another spell of his oddness, I want to line up a vet here just in case. Does anyone have a place they like? We're out in Williamsville, so close is preferable, but I don't mind a short drive if necessary.

Absolutely loved growing up listening to her. She had a hard life in many ways and it's sad she found peace from the world so young. Tonight at the studio we played her music during class. It was rather melancholy but in a very peaceful way. We all kind of did little freestyle performances to Linger. Just kinda happened.

Yep, that's where I'm at. I'm not a fan of the new lads. Abdelkader, Tatar, even Larkin. Even though we're having a horrid time, I'd rather root for some of the guys here in Buffalo. Once Z leaves, and Kronwall with him, I haven't got a player I like. They have no spark, no excitement, none of that magic. I believe some of our guys have more of that, once we get a handle on how to encourage/grow it.

It's a flame that flickers but doesn't entirely go out for me. Just like how I feel for Detroit. I've talked on here before about the difficulties of sort of having "two teams", especially in the same conference. I'm barely following either team right now, but I feel that little burst of warmth when there's a really good game or bit of news. The last few years of Detroit's playoff run, I happily cheered for them/wore Red Wings jerseys, and I would again. The real trouble for me would be if both Sabres and Red Wings make it in. And once the rest of my favorite players on Detroit retire/leave, I'm pretty sure it'll be an easy decision. I feel a bit like a sh!t fan for not watching much this season, but the reality is I'm very busy, and can't spend the time/money on something that doesn't feel rewarding and only winds me up/frustrates me. There's no joy going out of my way to try to tune in only to hear another pasting in progress. Whining/commiserating with other fans on twitter eventually feels toxic, too. Brand me a fair weather fan when they're good again and I'm at the games and making art and screaming rah rah's to the rafters, I guess. You're allowed to live outside your sports allegiance. Man, weren't they giving away cars and such just to get ticket sales going in the late 80s? That was a down and out franchise. With the added pain of having past success/original 6/all that tarnished and faded glory. Anything can happen. I guess I'm never fully out of hope.

Carter and I let out a few "oh come on" and loud sighs accidentally in a few spots. Big moments for that- the Rose "look closer" casino stuff. SuperLeia. Snoke dying. And the biggest one for us- Rose saving Finn at the last minute (oh like we didn't know THAT was gonna happen) followed by the awkward middle school smooch. I think I whispered "oh just let her die" at that point. People clapped at the end of it in our theater. I'm glad some enjoyed it I guess. Neither here nor there but I've seen a bunch of defenders of the film say the bombs dropping in outer space was explainable because the bombs were electromagnetic. Works I guess, but you should only have to show, not tell. Sign of bad writing. Stupid little detail, I know.

I know some people who draw porn. They make so so so much money. Maybe I should look into it.

It's 5 minutes from our apartment and that is why we're fat. Has an express version literally a mile down the road from that location in the NOCO on Youngs/Main, too.

That's.. not how you skate. So after a couple hours of what my friend calls "percussive maintenance", we were able to install a couple extra sticks of ram into my computer last night. Adobe (all my art programs) had updated and have grown huuuuge and slowed the thing down to a crawl. It's at ludicrous speed now. I draw a line, no lag. I open a new file, mere seconds, no freezing, no spinning wheel of death. It's glorious. I actually want to be productive now.

haha aw. Well, he is kinda big and floppy and in the way a lot... But unlike boobs it's hard to forget he's there!

Sexxxayy but seriously. I have no clue how any man does aerials. I can barely stand it sometimes and I don't have any low hanging fruit getting in the way. Unless you count the occasional wayward boob...
-
Yeah, but that car will be nice if we take a long roadtrip this summer. Thought that was half the reason you bought it.

Yeah man, I want to go give money to the butcher shop. Looks like good stuff. Young couple, too. Good on them. Yep, pose. Getting into it is.. fun. She has to essentially stick her butt in my face while sitting on me to fold in half enough to then stick her face in my crotch. There's no shyness in partner work! Aaand this is also why I've mostly worked with other women. Did some silks partnering with a guy and it was like, oh hello there little friend, I always wondered where you guys put it when doing aerials...

Crazy militant vegan woman rage quit our studio a couple weeks ago. It's left us short handed, but at least I don't have to deal with her rants about trying to call CPS on a local family that is "mentally ill" for opening a butcher shop and having pictures of them with their kids in front of the meat case. One night I couldn't teach and the boss filled in for me. I usually handle everything- rigging, clients, legal stuff because she never seemed to learn. That night she forgot to make new clients sign waivers (the biggest no no) and ran her class 15 minutes late into the next class. Boss pulled her aside and lightly chewed her out, vegan girl lost it and stormed out screaming, calling her rude and saying "I DON'T NEED THIS KIND OF NEGATIVITY IN MY LIFE". yep. Go on, little 39 year old rich girl. Good riddance. Speaking of meat cases, my friend Toni and I managed this move. She and I weigh about the same, so I was actually able to let go. I'm balancing her weight on my thighs from a shoulderstand that she then turned into a split. It's a TON of upper thigh and core work for me, even if it looks like I'm just lying there. Every damn ab is engaged and balancing me in the hoop and holding her up. It's easy to just slip out head first or drop her, trust me.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch

Ultimate Beastmaster is what happens when a generation is raised on Legend of the Hidden Temple and the Agro Cragg. Well, I'm enjoying it. I love seeing different athletic body types/pursuits applied to utter nonsense. Super disappointed in the cirque girl. She does corde (a big rope) professionally and couldn't grab a damn chain. -

Oh I'm not against that. I have no love/attachment for anyone on the team at this point (some hope in a few but... we're 30th for chr!st's sake. Again. Thanks Phoenix, for sucking more than us.). It's just ironic that the only guy producing is also seemingly a huge thorn in the side of the organization/morale. But we got rid of Moulson which upset Jack into scoring more so... I dunno. It's a lot of speculation- you hear what snippets get out. I'm not there, I don't know the guys, I don't know if it's just youth and the remnants of terrible years of bad systems, or they're all just partying too damn much. Guess I'll just sit back and drink heavily until they figure it out. -
