  1. https://twitter.com/TBBuccaneers/status/659913503562702849/video/1 The Buffalo Bills have a new red alternate.
  2. I wish puck tracking was being tracked for the last 40 years, because I'd love to see the greats and where on the ice they spent most of their time early vs late in their careers. I'd be willing to bet most players would spend much more time on the outside early than late. He's taking the easy ice right now. In time I think he'll become more willing and able to go to the middle.

  4. Ryan O'Reilly is a star
  5. I want to start a Twitter account where I only Tweet his color quotes.
  6. Hatesad scores for the Pens
  7. Samurai Jack
  8. I prefer Coco Bogo. Also - I think you're getting a little wild with these "confirmed" posts in regards to NHLers on cocaine. We all know you're the dealer.
  9. Well... Yea. That's kind of the reason they're not included in the "Free World."
  10. Two of the responses: https://twitter.com/ksawka/status/658841303166246912 https://twitter.com/sawatsky_harry/status/659006160314372096 The second one seems to be hinting at that type of issue. There was a third earlier that must've been deleted that said something along the lines of "Out indefinitely due to rehab."
  11. Drinking game: drink yourself to death when you realize there's a chance one of these people will be the leader of the most important country in the free world.
  12. Go look at the number of Jets fans responding to his tweets mentioning his coke problem. It actually seems like something the fan base is either really dedicated to keeping up or something that's actually happening. Specifically this one: https://twitter.com/BogosianZach/status/658838523471097856
  13. I'm pretty sure that was for Roy.
  14. Looking at the remaining games here's the chances I see them winning: vs Miami Dolphins - 52% The odds would be much higher if not for the monster week the Dolphins had. at New York Jets on Thursday - 55% I don't think the Jets are nearly as good as their record. at New England Patriots on Monday - 10% This team is a powerhouse. Will take a perfect performance from the QB. at Kansas City Chiefs - 58% The opposite of the Jets: much better than their record. vs Houston Texans - 65% What a badly coached and managed team. Best offensive player out for the season. @ Philadelphia Eagles - 35% Eagles are starting to slowly get it rolling and should be in stride by this game. @ Washington - 62% Incompetent owner breeds incompetent team. Cousins is near great when he's on, though. Terrible when off. vs Dallas Cowboys - 15% One of the league's most talented rosters should be fully healthy by then. vs New York Jets - 60% We'll see what the teams are playing for during this game, but I'll stick with what I said above. By that it would be 9-7, but I do believe this team will drop at least one of Dolphins, Jets, Chiefs and Jets. This team is set for 7-9 or 8-8 unless they really turn it on coming out of the bye.
  15. Gordon ties the game on a pitch that should've been stopped. Familia didn't come to a stop before throwing the pitch.
  16. I'm sure you're a great person, but I know seven Mets fans (I've counted). My mother and a college buddy are the only two of the seven who aren't in my top ten worst people I know. I hope the Mets embarrass themselves.
  17. I truly thought we finally saw the death of EJ's supporters last week. How one survived I have no idea. There isn't a single reason to believe EJ Manuel can CONSISTENTLY make good throws. For every good throw he makes he has at least ten bad ones.
  18. There's a difference between being bad by design and being bad in a natural fashion.. I don't know how these odds are determined, but: https://twitter.com/DTMAboutHeart/status/659015366723547136/photo/1 (That's not bad news)
  19. I... I don't understand. Paul Hamilton @pham1717 McCabe is with Franson, Pysyk is with Colaiacovo.
  20. Please no Polian. I'm tired of dipping into the past, and we don't need some guy who has nothing to lose (already in the HOF, can just go back to ESPN if he's canned, etc.). Plus he's an adamant defender of Doug Marrone. Barring something changing (this team could still somewhat easily make the playoffs) I'm thinking the obvious moves are as follows: - Let Doug Whaley go - Cut EJ Manuel - Cut Leodis McKelvin (saves $4M) - Cut Dan Carpenter and Jordan Gay, find a kicker that can do his job fully - Spend energy this offseason on QB first - Once you figure out where you want to go at QB focus on the O-line (may include a Cordy Glenn re-signing) - Work on an extension for Stephon Gilmore I don't think you can fire Rex after one season, but I've also always been an advocate of new GMs picking his coach. If you have a strong candidate and they insist on their own guy let them go to the podium and make that clear: I'm going to find my own coach. This draft, right now, appears to feature three QBs draftable in the top half of the first round: Jared Goff (Cal), Paxton Lynch (Memphis) and Connor Cook (Michigan State). Get one of them. Preferably the first two (I'm not a fan of college QBs who haven't completed 60% of their passes, Matt Ryan being the exception). This is "cart before the horse" kind of talk because a ton can happen between now and then, but we're fans and it's a joy to speculate.

    Briere?

Danny will be honored by the Flyers tonight but has a message for Buffalo: https://twitter.com/BuffaloSabres/status/659083393871712256
  22. Comparing the Patriots center position to what the Bills have done is baseless. They had a starter who got hurt. The undrafted player is only starting because of that. According to Sammy, yes. During the tours of the Ralph he was apparently telling people how bad it is and that much of the team feels the same way.
  23. Swoon    You KNOW that's just going to go straight to my head, right? Start your topic-destroying meltdown countdown clocks. It's on now.
  24. 1. This is both insulting and a confusing statement. Contracts in the NFL work in many ways. You've got contracts like Mario Williams' that can essentially be torn up at any point. But McCoy's isn't quite like that. Cutting him next season has a negative impact on the cap. Then we only save $1M while paying him $8M. THEN we can save $3.7M while still paying him $6M which is high for a running back anyways. It isn't until 2019 that cutting him would have the positive impact you're hinting at. 2. Maybe. But this team hasn't even seemed to try to fix the offensive line. Signing a guy that was out of the league for a year and a half to "fix" one guard position was questionable. He's been solid so that worked out... Then a third-round rookie to fill the other guard spot. And a seventh-round rookie started a right tackle for us last year and is this year. That's patchwork if I've ever seen it. If the Bills line was struggling after making some legitimate acquisitions I would be willing to follow your line of thinking there. 3. True. Robert Woods is better than he gets credit for. Sammy's health, according to Sammy, is largely because the Bills turf is so bad. They're the only team in the league that uses this type of turf, too. 4. That's not how evaluations work. You can't just go "well, everybody else did this or this, so Whaley is fine." It's about the context of it. 9-7 last year was a big success, sure, but the attempts to supplement it going into this season were highly questionable. The likely step back is a big negative to me. I think he meant the EJ BEFORE this most recent game. The Jaguars 2nd quarter might be the worst quarter of quarterbacking I've ever seen, though. I disagree that Tyrod looked THAT bad, but I do have to agree that he looked dreadful. He got a ton of credit coming out of that game and everybody was like "TYROD SAVED US" but that's like me pulling somebody out of a river after I pushed them in.
  25. Dude. I've had like a billion hot pockets. I don't know if I have five years left.
