This picture has been annoying me all day... Mainly because everybody keeps yelling "LOOK IT'S EICHEL ON A TANK!!!!!!!!!" That's a humvee. Stop.

He and Holland were big voices behind the 3-on-3 change. We'll see if this is another project for at least one of that duo.

I think Eleven would be more qualified to speak on this compared to us if Lawsmopolitan magazine ever approached the three of us, but since Eleven is too lazy to check this board every single second for possible responses I'll continue: I don't think that's nearly enough evidence for that claim, right? I'm just thinking that's a wild and relatively unwarranted claim to make if all you've got is the DNA.

I only left their name out to allow them to say it themselves if they ever felt so compelled. I think they'd be willing to share this opinion with just about anybody who asked. Either way I hope they kill it with fire.

One of the broadcasters with MSG/the Sabres said he believes "Yeichel" was a mistake that RJ just kind of ran with. He also believes everybody is hesitant to say anything to RJ because of his stature, but he himself is considering asking him to stop saying it.

I think the "Laco?'s Splatter" sealed it even further for me. Oh lord.

The DNA bit came from the defense and the defense only... And it was a pretty disgusting maneuver to say the least. Possible DNA of other individuals does not make somebody more or less likely to be raped. Unfortunately the public doesn't understand this so the defense was attempting to sway opinions.

In the Colorado Springs shooting spree a 911 operator didn't immediately send police as the man with a rifle in public "wasn't committing any crimes." https://grasswire.com/story/587/Colorado-Shooting-Spree

I think East has danced very well and his posts were fairly supported with facts generally related to cases such as this. He hasn't made any definitive statements about the case itself, only general comments and statements about the nature of this board's conversation. JJ - what facts is he ignoring about this case? We have next to no facts out in the open right now.

Edmonton Oilers @EdmontonOilers Coach McLellan says @cmcdavid97 has an upper-body injury that will keep him out long term.

Wait that's brilliant. I imagine Vancouver and Buffalo will get games in 2020. I wonder if we'll get any before then.

It's a joke. I'm not buying into it. But I might be selling if Bogo is paying.

Deal didn't get done in time.

Denver and Cleveland trying to finalize a trade of Joe Thomas to Denver along with a 4th for a 1st and a 2nd, per ESPN.

This whole thing has left a foul smell in my nose... http://sabres.buffalonews.com/2015/11/03/still-no-timetable-for-return-of-sabres-bogosian/ "I don’t have a good answer for you," Bylsma said Tuesday. "I know he’s increasing his workload on the ice right now, and he’s increasing his base on the ice right now. I don’t know when he’s going to return to full practice."

Seattle Thunderbirds: SPECIAL EVENT: Seattle Metropolitans Night To Celebrate 100 Years of Hockey In Seattle http://bit.ly/1Rt2eRNhttp://twitter.com/SeattleTbirds/status/661618717776703488/photo/1 They also issued a proclamation making December 7th "Seattle Metropolitans Day." Probably safe to assume that'll be the name if they get an NHL team. The BOG will meet in December to discuss expansion but it's unlikely to vote (which was deemed to be good news for Seattle - the longer this takes the better their chances are to get in).

WGR tweet: Bylsma on Zach Bogosian: "Maybe in the next few days we'll see him in practice and we'll go from there"

Bylsma said today he may start practicing within the next few days and we'll go from there.

I wish we could do that. And, speaking from experience, I wish alleged male victims were treated with the same respect as female victims. Instead I've seen an alleged male victim named explicitly on air. To be somewhat fair, there are tons of sexual assault/rape investigations that aren't reported because the suspect isn't a notable individual. When it's an elected official or somebody famous then it's a whole other story.
