Miller is bitter and he should be. I blame Regier. You cant keep people as hostages (which is what players are under contract), keep them in a toxic situation, give them no hope and expect them to be ositive and not act out (as Miller did). The despair must be unbearable to competitive players. Miller is a symptom of a larger disease, Regier and his leadership. Regier just has to go, there is no alternative. If TP knows basic management and team building principles (which I am losing faith that he does), he will see this and make the change. If he doesnt, I'm getting in the gas business because it is obviously easier that the businesses I've managed.

Ott is one of those guys who during the game tells you your mama wears army boots, and after the game buys you a beer and tells you what a great player and human you are. The switch just goes on/off.

Thanks, didn't realize the other thread. I think with Stafford we take the best deal on July 1 and move on. He is really a zombie out there. Need to cut losses and move on, whatever the value may be.
