We don't care about a guy who is going to score 30+ goals this year with over 80% being 5v5? How many other NHL teams would have that attitude? Seems kind of odd how people still are unable to fathom that maybe Olofsson has made significant progress in his game.

He is turning into a really good player in his role. There are games his line is the best one for the Sabres, which creates a lot of pressure on other teams with 3 lines to defend. It's pretty awesome to see honestly.

All I know is it's really great to have young players who want to be here, who love being here and with each other and who take a lot of pride in wearing this jersey and connecting with this community and who wants to earn everything they get from fans and getting people back in the building versus the ones who felt entitled to everything without earning it with their play. That started once the young players who didn't have any of that got shipped out.

Maybe they are trying to lure more female fans 😂

I don't recall doing that...if you are talking about Skinner earlier I didn't see anything happen to him, I was just going by the STL feed I was watching saying Peterka was out there on the goal because "Skinner has gone off injured". Those two worked amazing together.

Sabres are about to have a really great problem...stocked with talent that will have a hard time breaking into the lineup... Possibly flip one for a 3/4 Dman and a depth piece?

But for as frustrating as it is to watch when they have a lead going into the 3rd they are 17-0-2. That's pretty freaking good. 17-0-2 after tonight.

I'm watching regardless but it's a "nice to have". Clearly the people in charge of hiring the broadcast team think it's important since virtually all the other teams have one. FYI, it's not by accident. That team also never had the top end elite level talent this one does. Thompson, Dahlin and Power are significantly better than anyone on that team from a pure talent level.

Krebs has been playing very well I think since he has been getting paired with KO and Zemgus. Really picking it up on offense the past 5-6 games as well. Agree...our offensive skill up and down the lineup is second to nobody in totality.

Yup, they keep facing tests and keep passing them. This young team is growing by leaps and bounds in front of our eyes.

UPL is 10-3 in his last 13 with a 2.98 GAA and .914 save percentage. He has significantly improved from the first 5 games where he had a 4.18 GAA and .854 save percentage.

Damn Ovie with a one timer for a goal off a terrible clearing attempt by the Avs where the forward tried to chip it by the Damn and have a 2 on 1 but he didn't get it by him and then he found Ovie all alone in his office... 3-2 Avs, 9 minutes left.
