  1. What about Fucale at 38th?
  2. Studies show depressed people are more realistic :( Marvin wins this round. He also won the "where will Sabres finish?" round. 2-0
  3. Move up and get Erne, Let's try and salvage this Fucale might not make the top 30
  4. Is this inside info or WGR?
  5. Montreal will take Erne
  6. Jay Feaster's team likes to pick random people - like when they took Jankowski last eyar
  7. Erne said he would like to play for Buffalo with Grigo
  8. Welcome Miller and Vanek. Welcome. They were probably two of the best players available today, so i'm glad our gm went out and got them Erne or Fucale it will be
  9. What's happened to the NHL? So few trades happen it seems
  10. Another guy i wanted gone. Erne or Fucale for Sabres now
  11. Why are so many people dead?
  12. Looks like Miller and Vanek will be on the Sabres come september. Most likely with one year left on their contracts. ###### you Darcy.
  13. Fucale or Erne at 16 - my prediction When it says "pick is in" in the bottom left, does that mean that team is definitely picking?
  14. Luongo is the goalie of the couvers
  15. From 21? Weird.

  17. I really hope every team doesn't thank NJ and congratulate CHI, I just don't care and takes so long
  18. I agree. Unless the Sabres know something significant that the public doesn't. I think it way too early I love the Columbus GM's voice. It is like silky gravel
  19. One decent year for $6 million a year is a lot.
  20. How do they even have cap room to offer him that? His time with the Pens appears to be coming to an end
  21. I just found this. Man you have to think the team gave him some stick for it. Hilarious though
  22. Interesting word choice for UFAs :P
  23. Selling high. Perfect time. They will get quite the haul for him
  24. I think it is the fact you have a wider audience from the start, so more people to ask their parents to play. Also hockey needs hockey sticks, which break etc. But yeah, i agree with your point that football is not a cheap sport either. I also think another clue to the socioeconomic backgrounds are the number of black athletes. Black families are generally worse off than white families and hockey has very few black players, whereas football has a lot (although the QB is often white, which is odd)
  25. I have played American football without pads or safety equipment. In fact i have never played it with safety equipment (bar a gum shield). All you need is a field and a ball, so although not true football (sneaky pun), it works. I have played 'hockey' just once, and that was with no equipment again (with rules such as pushing but not hitting), and even that was more expensive as i had to pay for the ice saktes, pay for the ice rink time etc.
